I visited your store to purchase a lift chair for my husband. Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Pam Riegar and Keren Longshore, were very knowledgeable about your stores product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find items that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. My husband and I entered the store and were soon greeted by sales associate, Sherry Hall. She immediately asked what we would be interested in seeing. We knew what we were looking for, so after sharing this information, she showed us that, which we had described. I find it so difficult to shop for furniture, when my first priority is comfort. Sherry was very patient as we sat on each couch, only to be undecided about which to choose. That is when she asked our color preference. She lugged s huge spiral bound array of colors and fabrics, as we went from couch to couch. She was so patient with us. Im so glad that she was the one to greet us at the door and help us make our purchase. Thank you Sherry Hall!!

My wife and were shopping for new recliners and went to LaZBoy. Sherry approached us, asked a few questions and showed us a few recliners that met what we told her we were looking for. She gave us time to look and did not pressure us but was always available to answer questions. We were looking for a non-power chair and since the only chair on the floor was power she had a non-power version brought in for us to try. We decided to sleep on it for a few days but after trying other recliners went back to Sherry at LaZBoy to buy our recliners.

Pam Rieger was an amazing and delightful salesperson. I special ordered a chair and she was extremely meticulous and helpful with all of the details. Pam pointed out small things such as the stain on the bottom wooden piece of the wall saver chair. I would never have thought of it and would not have wanted the chair had I not been able to change that color to. Thanks to her thinking about every detail, I know I will love my chair. I have never been a lazy boy customer; but because of Pam, I will be back!

We just bought a la-z-boy chair and it doesnt work like it should. We paid a lot of money for it. It is poorly made. They will not let us return it or exchange it. We were never told we could not return it. Its pretty bad we have to keep something we are not happy with. This store does bad business and I would not buy anything else from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

All of the 5 star ratings here need to give it a couple of years. I bought a Lazy Boy recliner at the Tyler Lazy Boy. Lady in charge gets upset if you come in with any complaints. Lost my business. Meanwhile chair keeps breaking. Today several pieces of hardware fell out. I am putting it by the curb and having it hauled off. No more lazy boy.

Jeff was able to answer any questions and knew everything about what we were interested in. There was no push to buy something, we came back the next day and purchased a chair. It was a quick and easy process. Much better experience here than the one I had a few months ago at Ashleys, down the street.
