The quality of the products seems right for the price you pay. With a large range of furniture, Bi Rite Furniture is appealing to customers. Everything seems amazing, but be careful. The sellers are always there to help you with the best service they can provide in person and are very confident in their products they sell. But when you actually call to tell there is a defeat in the product, they will not call back. You would rather go back in person to see them. Dont bother to leave a message because the seller will not call back unless you call everyday for a week. Most of all, do not expect to see or talk to the manager because the manager will not bother to see any customers. The manager is always in a meeting. The situation I had took me two months and one week to solve it. Not once have i talked to the manager on the phone or in person because the manager is TOO busy in a meeting (I would type his name on here, but i am considering the managers feelings to leave his name unannounced). However, when I bought the product, the seller would go back to the office to discuss the discount with the manager. Hmm..... Thank you manager for being there for your customers when you sell your products. But where were you when i really needed to talk to you about your product? Finally, be expected to be charged extra for their service. If you do not want to pay for delivery for the defected product then bring it back to the store to exchange the product. In my case, i ended up bringing the product back to the store. In all of my experiences with furniture stores, this was very displeasing because of their lack of consideration for their customers. In my case, the furniture store should have considered how much pain the customer has to go through with a defected product that they cannot use on the day they expected to. In my case, I have to deal with this product for two months unable to use it. Without any considerations, they would charge me for delivery when the customer is in pain and stress. Not even an apology from the manager for taking too long to settle this case. In conclusion, the seller is amazing to talk to and their are proud of their products. And in this case, they are always confident to say that if their products are in any way defected, the seller will handle it as soon as possible to customers satisfaction. I bought it because of the sellers confidence in the quality of the products the company sell will always satisfy their customers. The trust from the seller and the customer seems to be there when you purchase the product. But in the end, I cannot trust Bi Rite Furniture. Future customers please dont be fooled. If you have any problems with your product, be expected to spend your time to make numerous calls. waste gas to drive back in person, manual work to bring the defected product back to the store, and suffer with the defected product in your house for a long time.

I am so thrilled with my new living room set, and had the best experience at Bi-rite Furniture. A few weeks ago I had looked at the furniture from several competitor stores and saw similar or maybe even a little better quality furniture, but it was so much more expensive and I knew I wasnt really getting much more for my buck. As a parent and grandparent, I know the life im going to get out of my daily used furniture. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the sales persons greeted me at the door, not unlike any other place I had been to that afternoon. I was shown everything I inquired about by salesman Mike W. And he listened to everything I had to say, he wasnt pushy or impolite at all. My husband and I put $300.00 down on a $1200.00 living room set that I got to choose which pieces I wanted and Mike worked the numbers for me. I didnt need tables, lamps or an ottoman, I wanted the chair, the couch and the love seat... and got it at nearly the same cost as what they had advertised a different set up as. We had 90 days to pay it off, I was fortunate enough to pay it off in 2 weeks, and low an behold it was delivered 4 hours after my final payment. I can can tell you this until the furniture was in my living room I was concerned after reading some of these reviews. The 2 gentleman who delivered it were also professional and took their time to make sure they didnt damage the pieces, they were courteous enough to ask me ahead of time where Id like the furniture and make sure it would fit, etc. Ive had nothing bad to say for my entire experience, and have just finished doing my happy dance and emailing pictures to my family and friends because I feel so proud. The so called employees of this God forsaking place are beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. My fiance and I went to purchase a living room set and our delivery was set for that same day which ran us a hefty 120. They arrived and to our HORROR it was the NOT what we purchased. The delivery men explained to us that TOM our salesman wrote the wrong model number down. I called TOM and explained the issue he then said, "well do you want to keep it?" I said "NO SIR BECAUSE THIS IS NOT WHAT I PURCHASED." So Tom asked me were the delivery men going to come back with the right stuff. Ummmm noooo this was not their error it was yours plus we had been informed that their truck was full and they had many more deliveries to fullfill. This all happened on a Saturday and wouldn't be resolved until Monday because conveniently they are closed on Sundays. So that following Monday I get a call from TOM and he tells me we have yet ANOTHER issue. The sofa and loveseat that my fiance and I chose they did not have in the color we wanted. TOM was very pushy and kept trying to get me to go with the same set in BROWN. I did not select brown I did not want brown and I for damn sure did not PAY FOR BROWN PAY FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE OR FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This issue has yet to be resolved. They are not willing to compensate for any of THEIR mistakes and are very quick to tell you that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. My fiance and I are still waiting to hear back from TOM because the way they.w are TRYING to conduct BUSINESSES with us is just NOT going to work. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE WORTHY OF NO ONES BUSINESS

We bought a full furniture set for a certain agreed on price one evenining, we signed the contract, paid in cash and we were told to pick the item the following day. When we arrived the next day the owner refused to let the warehouse load our furniture in our trucks until we pay an additional $650. He claims that the sales man and the manager on duty at the time that approved the purchase made a mistake and sold the set for cheaper than they were supposed to. When I told him that I had a contract that states the items I paid for with the words "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" printed in big black letters and this is not my problem & he should honor a legit contract from his store even if the set was sold for $1, he started playing word games and finding ridiculous loop holes to try to get himself out of the deal. I could not believe that he was the owner of the place and yet he chose to make such a scene. I told him that this was simply unethical and he is an unhonorable man since he is willing to cheat & ruin his reputation so he can make an additional $600 in the sale. He walked around the show room cussing and shouting at his employees & floor managers for not doing their job right! He had no respect to the employees or the customers browsing the store. I had to pay an extra $450 and get only 1 nightstand instead of 2 to get out of the place. I was close to calling 911 to resolve the issue. I am filling a complaint with the BBB & I am never going to this place again even if they are 1/2 the price of any other place (which they are not!) I strongly do not recommend this place!
