My husband and I have been doing our click list order here for a few months now. Up until now we only had 1 issue and it was resolved quickly. This past weekend my husband picked up our groceries, they were having a system glitch and my card was charged 3 times and would have been a fourth except we had no more money in our account to run it again...$266 in additional charges were taken out. We understood that because it was a weekend our money would not be placed back into our bank until this week. We were told to contact the manager of the click list department to discuss a resolution. I called Kroger yesterday only to be greeted very rudely by the customer service department. When I asked to speak with the manager of the click list department, I was informed "I will try to reach him. After waiting for a little bit I was able to contact him. He informed me that "We were on his list of things to do" He stated that he would call me or email me to let me know of a resolution, which he failed to do. Before contacting my bank this morning I wanted to give them a call to see if there was any progress regarding this issue, only to feel rushed off the phone with no promise of a resolution. I am incredibly frustrated with this Kroger at this point. It has been a huge inconvenience to have to transfer additional funds into my bank account to make sure that nothing over withdrawals....so disappointed that this matter has not been taken a little more seriously.

Im a little late but this employee should be recognized for outstanding customer service. It was the day before thanksgiving i went in later in the evening after work to get the last few things i needed for thanksgiving dinner. The shelves were rummaged and night stockers were down every eisle. I went down the spice eisle to find cinnamon sticks but was having trouble finding them. An employee named trina was stocking spices and asked me what i was trying to find. I told her and she found them for me right away and explained the spices are in alphabetical order. That was hilarious to me because im 29 years old and have never knew that. So i also told her i needed cloves and we looked but the cloves were all gone besides some really expensive ones that were 8 dollars. She told me hold on are you gonna be shopping because she was gonna go in back and look if they had some for me. That was the sweetest thing. I never even asked her she offered. She was so willing to go out of her way for me with a smile too. It made my heart happy because those kind of people are honestly hard to find. Thank you so much whoever hired that woman and thanks trina for everything. Your awesome!!!! By the way i love this krogers!! Amanda at the u scan your awesome too. So polite and sweet every time i see ya.

Went in the store around 9:30 pm. Everything was fine until I checked out. Only self check lanes open. Scanned my items. Had coupons. Have to ping for an attendant. They had one covering about 8 lanes. She finally is able to come over and scan my coupons. My lane isnt taking cash so I write a check. Have to call the attendant and wait again. By the time she comes over, the system has "lost" my transaction. She spends ten minutes trying to pull it up to no avail. I leave my check, have no receipt, and am late picking my son up from work. What a mess. If I wanted poor service like this Id go down the street to Walmart.

Tried out the new Clicklist service today. I loved it! Shopped online, filled my cart in my own time where I could check my pantry inventory, and ordered. Super easy (just like making an online shopping list) and all my digital coupons automatically applied so I still saved a bunch! I ordered some produce and we able to leave them descriptions of what I like (firm, weight, etc.). No more shopping in store hungry, waiting in lines, or dealing with other shoppers. Just order, arrive, and they load your car!

Bought ice from the cash register. Cashier said that they didnt have big bags. When I went to the cooler on the other side of the store they had a ton of the big bags of ice. I ended up paying more for less ice. I asked to have my receipt adjusted. Several associates in the area said they couldnt because they closed the register. They couldnt do anything for me. They never apologized for their error. I will go back to shopping at Giant Eagle.

The staff is so lazy always on their phones it just annoys me and probobly the rest of the people that they do absolutly nothing almost i just feel that no one cares and that the chef or the one in charge should make employes focus on their task because its a job so easy but they just make a ton of mistakes.

I really like Kroger stores and the fact that it is a local company, Its the closest store to me. I drive past because I dont like the Club/card programs and being watched and tracked. Same goes for Giant Eagle. I shop mostly at small health/ethnic stores, Walmart and Meijer.

Good luck if they mistakenly think you stole a $2 bag of cheese and getting a proper apology from the manager or LP officer. To be fair, Ive never had a problem before, quality or service wise and actually preferred to shop at this location compared to the one on Cemetery.

It took me almost 30 mins waiting on the phone to just find out about Cherrys price. Can you believe it? There were 5 peeps came to answer the phone; and each and everyone of them said theyll come back with the answer BUT 5 different peeps came and asked "May I help you?"

Fairly average for a Kroger, but it does have some nice departments such as the Sushi, the olive and cheese bar, and the florist. Produce and meats are almost always very fresh, and the prices are good (usually lower than some of the other Krogers in the area).

In my opinion, this is one of my favorite Kroger stores. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Cannot give a 5 star due to the fact that product selection has gone down quite a bit in the last couple years. The prices and weekly sales are still nice!

Nearly a 5 star rating and a great place to get basic items. However, they seem to take little to no care when it comes to organic or international foods. I have spoken with the manager and they hope to start correcting this deficiency soon. We shall see.

Pretty standard Kroger, better prices than giant eagle. Not the super huge size but big enough and offers an organic section, small florist, pharmacy, deli, sushi stand, bakery, meat and seafood counter

Seeing how Im here at night it looks AMAZING! The prices at this location are really good. Looking for a quick meal or a meal to prep for dinner. This is the place to go. Great alcohol selection
