Its incredible how this store maintains such high levels of customer service for every department except the front end. They have some cashiers who are great, while others are totally apathetic if not openly hostile to the customers. Management is just as bad. Front lobby where the bottle machines are located is filthy and there are never any hand baskets by the produce door entrance.

As they buy out the competition their selection and quality is going down. Hillers Market for example. They cost a little more (their sale prices were the best in town) but they had the products you wanted and their produce was second to none. Now I drive past Kroger and an empty building that used to be Hillers to get to Meijer. Sad

Very poor kroger. Its remodeled, but done poorly. You walk in to bottle return and carts in a dirty space--then after you get a cart you have to walk through a cashier lane to get into the store. There is always stocking carts in the aisles, but I never find everything I need when I shop there. Expected a lot more from this store

Florence, Bea and Jay make my daily shopping trips absolutely delightful. They are so nice, helpful and personable! The store itself has a great organic/gluten free selection. Tons of fresh veggies and fruits. Everything is moderately priced and easy to locate in store. Definitely one of my favorite Kroger locations.

Out of 4 Can/bottle machines and one glass machine none of them are working. Glass one is in the middle of being emptied, the employee left it about 15 minutes ago, one machine is just off, the other one says closed, one is full, and the last one is jammed

Very frustrating. Did the self check out and got delayed by machine not registering items as I put them in bags. Clerk was too busy to assist so I watched 5 other shoppers check out as I kept requesting assistance from the clerk. Very annoying.

This is a very nice store. The shelves are normally fully stocked. There is lot of variety and produce department is always fresh. The lines at checkout are manageable arena staff is friendly. The parking is some time a challenge.

This store is set up weird, not well-thought- out at all. It seems kinda dark. The parking lot and insider the store absolutely sucks on weekends! But the staff is friendly and its conveniently on my way home from work.

Only place close for reasonable food prices. Wish Kroger kept the store at orchard and maple. Was way closer. This Kroger has small lanes and to busy not enough people working at check out.
