Funtime Freddy

I have been a dedicated customer at this location for over a year since getting our dog. It amazes me how customer service can change so drastically in such a short time. Rude and unfriendly would best describe my last few visits. Its not just me I have seen the same service to multiple customers while shopping here. Cant imagine the manager at this location will have much of a career in retail? There is plenty of pet stores around this area do yourself a favor and try a different one.

Great selection of dog food and cat food and many supplies too! Also enjoyed working with one of their trainers for our dog... very fun!

Prices are better than Target and they often have sales. We also like to go visit the cats they have there for adoption.
