My dad has been bringing his Maltese fur baby there for about 10 years & he always has had nothing but great things to say about the Groomers,everyone who works there, including the owner. His Regular Groomer is Carrie but he said all the Groomers are equally wonderful at their jobs. So when My fur baby Teddys Regular Groomer of 6 yrs retired from pet grooming, My Dad recommended Pampered Pet. Now Teddy is the most friendliest, gentlest dog but when anyone other than his Regular Groomer Heidi tried to Groom him a few times when she was out sick, he would have anxiety, not want to come out of drying crate & snap when he had other Groomers I was told. Come to find out much later, Heidi told me the Groomer was the problem & they found out he was being ruff with some of the dogs making them upset & scared.. After that he got fired but I wasnt informed about it until years later or I would have choked his butt. I just thought Teddy was use to Heidi & didnt like other groomers. Im telling you this story because after Heidi couldnt groom him anymore you can just imagine how difficult a job it was going to be to find a new Groomer that Teddy would be ok with. Well when I brought him in for his first appointment, he had Rose for his Groomer, & she did a Great Job & she said Teddy was fine. What a relief. He has very sensitive paws too, & they told me, dont worry, a lot if dogs do. Hes had about 4 appoints. & he has been to Rose & Carrie is his Regular Groomer only because thats how it just worked out I want to try & keep him with 1-2 Groomers if possible, so the create a relationship. They not only do a Awesome Job, they are really great with Teddy. When Im driving him to his appointment & we start getting close, he starts getting so excited,& when we arrive hes practically pulling me in there so excited & cant wait to see them! This place is the Best place to bring your Fur Baby .Dog & Cat. I Love my Teddy & a Feel very comfortable leaving him with them that he will be well taken care of, treated very well, kept safe & they really love there clients!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. they used to be a great business and we used to love them, but in the past couple of years, they have become rude, difficult to work with, and poor treatment of dogs. I brought my 11 year old golden here for a haircut 2 weeks ago, he was dropped off VERY FIRST at about 7 am. We called at 2pm and he still wasnt ready--and they refused to give us a timeframe- because they still hadnt started clearly! They left an old dog in a cage all day, he had a panic attack, came back with an all bloody beat up nose for the second visit in a row (probably trying to get out of the cage) nd he passed away the next day. We just got the autopsy and they said he died from a Stress related event that his old heart couldnt handle. Im obviously not blaming his old age on them, but if they cared about their customers and dogs, they would have noticed how stressed he was and maybe got to him before 8 hours ina cage. PLEASE DONT GO THERE, Ill be spreading the word in more ways.

UPDATE - I called them and Ray wants to make it right. I will talk to my husband to discuss what we want to do. HORRIBLE! We had an awful experience. My poor 9 year old Great Dane was left lying on a cold floor for hours. My husband went to pick her up after a bath and found her on a cold floor and was told she was there for hours. She could not get up without assistance and then urinated on herself since they had not let her out. So we paid $70 for a bath and left with an unclean dog. It does not appear that they touched her nails either. Obviously , they do not care about dogs. They cannot do anything about how they made my dog feel but they had better refund the money.

I have only brought my dog once but he came out looking great and smelling fresh. Other groomers charge a lot more to groom our dog but the pampered pet is reasonably priced and they do a great job. The only thing is sometimes its hard to get a hold of them. You have to keep calling.

I have had several dogs, all lab mixes, and all have loved going here. I have always been happy with the service and with the way both my dog and I have been treated. Very nice professional staff. Ive seen the foo-foo dogs coming out beautifully done. Highly recommend!!

I just went there today--Ray was able to fit me in the same day!! Max, my ChiPoo looks fabulous, right down to his little blue hair bow...I was very pleased!
