The quality and variety of products make it obvious genuine care and thought is put into their selection. Staff are really thorough, incredibly patient, and go out of their way to help you find a solution, even if a purchase wouldnt be involved. The dental product combination suggested to me for when I cant brush his teeth worked so well my vet thought I had been brushing them even more :D

We frequent this store. It has a large selection of dog food, treats, and toys, including premium and all natural brands. The staff is friendly, and our dog is always so excited to mozy around! As a bonus, Chipotle and Panera in the same plaza have outdoor seating if you need a quick bite to eat. When youre done, Cat Rock Park is only a short drive from here!

By far some of the friendliest most excited staff Ive seen in any store. They care about you and your animals the second you walk in the door. Very knowledgeable and accessible workers. This place seems like they genuinely care about animals and show it by providing good products and amazing service.

Friend bought 2 fish around 3:30 less than 4 hours later both died. Very upsetting. Little instructions given at store about the fish. We looked at instructions for the fish and followed them but still alas both we lossed.

Ive never met nicer staff in a pet store. Their selection is pretty good, but - like Petco and the like - their prices are high. Great for an emergency trip though. I order from Amazon for recurring canine needs.

Roommate had a sick dog. Nothing was working. The woman working there that day suggested goat milk and pumpkin purée. She was incredibly nice and VERY helpful. And the dog is back to her old self. Thank you.
