We moved here 5 years ago and immediately began shopping at Lanscapers Supply based on the close proximity to our home. This was when they were still in the old building and not yet affiliated with ACE. How things have changed. Not only are their prices hire than most other supply companies, but there service has dwindled and their methods of business have become terrible. We all know for years they have sold gravel, mulch and rock in quantities of cubic yards (This is published by them). Did you know their scoops do NOT equal a full yard? Also, they have changed their long pine needle bales amounts that now not only equal Home Depot and Lowes, but have the same crappy quality. They are filled with branches, pine cones and other garbage and sell for $1.50 more per bale. If you buy needles from them I suggest you save money and shop elsewhere. They also charge up to 30% more for sod and the quality is terrible! I was recently caught in a bind and forced to get some sod from them. Weeks later I have wild Bermuda growing everywhere. When I called them to discuss the issue I was told they are not the supplier and could not help me out in any way. They have also of course raised their delivery fees to ridiculous amounts. Most places are $35-$50 depending on mileage. LS is $75. I realize they need to pay for the partner ship fees with ACE (I actually sell to ACE so I know what is involved), but to just get over greedy, rip people off and no longer serve is no way to run a business. I now purchase all lawn supplies at Corbin (near Furman), all mulch from C&S off of Pelham, all stone and gravel from Stone City (Poinsett Highway) and all equipment anywhere else because its cheaper. Dont get ripped off anymore just because you live near them. There are much better options than Landscapers Ripoff Supply

They did not deliver the stone I purchased as per our scheduled appointment, and did not call to let me know they werent coming. When I called the next day I got bounced around from one person to the next trying to reschedule the delivery. I had to ask at least five times to speak to the manager. When the delivery guy finally came with the stone, he left rubber tread marks all over my driveway, as well as driving his skid loader over a sprinkler head. I took pictures of the rubber tread marks mess the delivery man left on my driveway; and sent them to the manager but, the manager refused to have it cleaned up. I was told that I had asked for the skid loader to be driven over my driveway. It didnt seem to matter that if I had known that I was going to be left with a mess of rubber tire treads on my driveway, that I certainly would not have allowed the delivery man to drive the skid loader on my driveway. This is the second bad experience I have had with these folks, and will not be going back there again.

They have had my mower for 2 weeks. They said it will be AT LEAST another week. All it needs is a chain. They are good at a lot...timely service isnt one. Very unhappy at this point. UPDATE: At the 4th week with no mower I called the manager. He checked while I was on hold for 22 minutes and said I would be able to pick up 3 days later. Later in the day he called and said it was ready. Shouldnt have to call manager for service. Works perfectly now. Still 1 star due to length of time it took but 4 star for how it works now.

They ruin my whole proyect!!! Teally bad communication or notcommunication at all!!! I went friday to buy 1 1/2 palet of sod order was made for Tuesday sales person very helpful last friday but today when i have every set to pick it up they told me my order in not ready because the Rain and no date to delivery in the order. I didnt get any call to let me know this issue . I was ready to do my project but now Im not happy with this,waist time and money, really bad experience i will not come back to this place.

They have items for rent that are in excellent condition that most places have trashed. The staff take time to help find the right item for you and do their best to give you an honest answer when you have difficult questions. The also have hard to find items the box stores dont have. They are quick with loading materials and everyone seems to have a smile ready. All in all a nice place to get project supplies.

I have been going to Landscapers Supply for several years. I purchased a wood chipper and several Stihl products from them. When I was working on a project the sales department invested time and effort to help me get exactly what I needed. When I damaged a power tool, their repair shop had it fixed as good as new. I have saved a lot of money as a result of their expert advice.

Bad place to cut your key! Rude manager! I cut my Chevy key , was not informed about price which is ridiculous 70 bucks for single simple key with microchip. Tayler ( manager) walk me outside said that we dont have to display any of our policys and restoring fees, and walk away. I walk back to again and ask him to cut key that I brought with me he refuse that.

We went on July 7, 2017 around their closing time they were I ncredibly helpful, every worker in the store asked me if I needed anything! My husband found the exact, quality irrigation supplies he needed for our tree business. I was super impressed by how clean the restrooms were and that it had an actual changing table for my baby!! Great job Ace!

Bought a Stihl chainsaw. Salespeople were extremely knowledgeable, much more helpful than the goobers at Home Depot. They answered all my questions about the different models, filled it with fuel, demonstrated how to start it.
