I bought an old Craftsman door and wanted to keep the lock and also find a knob for it if possible, but a few contractors and locksmiths said that wouldnt be possible. One suggested that Bella might be able to help me find something that looked good with the door. After telling Jeff what I wanted, he understood my desire to keep the old stuff, and connected me with a locksmith who fixed my door. Bella did not get any money out of me, but they sure will when its time for me to fix my bathroom. Great customer service.

Dana Bergstedt helped me find a replacement part for my Hoppe sliding door hardware. It turned out that Bella didnt need to sell me anything, but rather they got Hoppe to send me a replacement part for free. Customer service was great. Ill order from them in the future.
