These folks here at Ace Hardware in Weaverville North Carolina are the best. Extremely nice very helpful and knowledgeable. Educated me on The different types of replacement gizmos and flappers for my collection of toilets... All are different but all universal parts dont universally fit all toilets, isnt that funny and some of them are made in Japan or Japanese only toilets. WOW I am still so confused and will probably just bring the old parts with me the next time to compare and ask questions. "Thats all FOLKS"

I purchased a Werner 16 foot extension ladder and recommend it. I am 71 years old ... the ladder is light weight is to move from around which enables me to do small project around the house such as, replacing outside flood lights and sawing problem limbs on trees . It does have a weight limit of two hundred pounds. Like all ladders be careful. It paid for it self not having to pay handyman fees.
