Two of the employees I spoke to were willing enough to help me get what I needed. I am thankful for that. Another employee didnt seem to care or have any interest in helping me. He mumbled a few times and never stopped walking long enough to even point me in the right direction. However, I got what I could find on my own and ordered the rest off of Amazon. Its a shame that there is such a dichotomy between interactions with employees here. Potential negative experiences like this are why I tend to stay out of brick and mortar stores. Im not asking to have all of my wants and needs catered to. I am however asking for respect.

I went to Lowes and waited why the guy in Major Appliances talked on his phone.... Overheard his plans for the cookout. I stood there 11 minutes more. Just needed Questions answered. I drove to Home depot Quickly helped by Employee ID TSF964. Who worked with me and pointed out features.... I bought $1,590.90 worth of appliances. Order Id HO702-6190. I then went to paint and had five gallons of pencil sketch grey and one gallon of white metal grey Behr paint mixed. Total sales. $1,802.00 spent Friday July 1, 2016.. excellent service.

When u try to call there is no option to speak to a customer representative and that is pure crap cause the item I need is not in any specific deptartment After going there and actually walked around the store I found what I needed and out of all the ppl who works there only 1 knew what I was looking for and helped me find it The only reason Im giving 4 stars is cause of the prices and the selection of tools

Homedepot in Kingsport is the most helpful home improvement store in the area by far. I have bought a many of times from them and will continue. Very friendly support staff and they have the best tools I want mention no names but another big franchise does not carry klien, Milwaukee, & other great tool brands. I recommend the Kingsport Homedepot to DIY selfers and contractors. Keep up the great work guys!

After waiting almost 10 minutes in the only line in the gardent center, a woman opened a line next to us and offered to help the people behind us. When the man in front of us was done, the woman manning our line said, "honey, just take your stuff to the next line, Im closing up here." I set my items down and walked out. If they dont want my money, Lowes does.

This place has the worse customer service they have no clue of their items offered. There was a heavy set cashier with long hair who rung my order up before i put in the card information in she was very rude and should not be working customer service.

I would to express my thanks to manager Russ Mc for all his help during our troubles with the carpet installers. Russ worked hard to straighten everything out. Home Depot should be very proud to have an employee like him.
