Do not know what this other guy is talking about. It is not Home Depot... just a fantastic wood selection and knowledgeable guys. They are not bartenders! I will be sending plenty their way. I have looked online for wood all over from NJ to CA. Glad I went and the pieces are even better in person. If you go, go around the corner to Vortex Doughnuts....damn good doughnuts and coffee. Almost like the wood you should buy.

This is a woodworking supply store. They have a huge variety of supplies and are usually the same price that I find online. Much easier to stop by the store than wait several days for an order when I need a blade or a part. Sales people very helpful and casual. Also great lumber supply great prices

When I asked a question last time I was in there the guy seemed annoyed that I interrupted him looking at his phone. Turns out, he didnt know what he was talking about anyway. Its a cool store and their prices are decent, but the staff seemed pissy and uninformed. Hire better

What an awesome, unique store in Asheville. Not really your typical hardware store, but if youre looking for some amazing pieces of wood, or anything else related to wood-working, youre in for a treat.

Decent selection of hardwoods. Entire basement is full of slabs of different species. Also have a nice selection of woodworking tools.
