This review is more for customer service associate Debbie (I hope Im writing her name correctly). I applied for a Home credit card at the New Tampa location and I was told that I would get 10% off for my first purchase at any Home Depot store. When I came to the Home Depot at Dale Mabry I was told that that offered already expired and they couldnt honor the 10% off. At that point Debbie was nice and patient, she took the time to call the Store Manager at New Tampa and also she spoke to her Manager and after several minutes she was able to approved that discount. She was busy and got many things to do but she helped me patiently. I purchased more that $1,000 and saved more than $100, but what I really liked was Debbies attention. This store won a loyal customer thanks to her!

The Pro Department is TERRIBLE. Emiliano has extended conversations with everyone who he knows personally in line. I stood in line for 40 minutes waiting for a phone sale at 9am, and all of the Pros let people cut in line to be with their friends. I travel to multiple Home Depots for work, and this, by far,is the slowest Pro Department in the Tampa Bay area. Its not even rediculous busy, the Pros are just THAT SLOW. Everyone in line behind me was saying the same thing. Waste of time, and money, going to this Home Depot. EDIT: While I was checking out, Phillip was extremely rude, didnt take the phone number down, and I had to give it to him 5 times, when I told him most people write it down just in case he said "no they dont." Very rude service.

This plac3s products were scattered and unorganized. The fruity cuban guy at customer service was a total ass. I was doing a project at my girls house. Sh3 gave me a store credit she had. I couldnt buy the things she needed because this jerk profiled me and assumed I stoe it from her. H3 couldve called her, asked security questins, anything, but no. H3 even went so far as to insult me. This place is amateur hour. Fui, fruity guy, if youre reading this, f#*k you. I prob make more im a day than you do all week. Go blow a light socket

This store needs help. Signs for window treatments were not only way off the main aisle, they were blocked by display clutter. Those displays were also blocked, though, by a huge wall of paper towels. Aisles are cluttered with displays and forklifts. Boxes for dryer vents were opened with parts missing. The plumbing aisle looks something like this: Bathroom faucets, shower heads, kitchen faucets, more shower heads. Gates used to close aisles were left closed with no apparent need for that aisle to be closed.

I had an idea to put a light in the kitchen under the sink and didnt really know what to buy to accomplish that task. I went to the Stadium Home Depot in search of the fixture and ways to mount it underneath my cabinets above the sink. When I arrived, I was able to find someone to help me in just a minute or two. Joe knew exactly where to go, who to ask, and how to realize the idea I had. My project was much simpler than I had imagined and I will return again for the next idea that pops in my head!

I called this Home Depot on 10-12-2015. I tried to order $200 of materials and get it on the pro truck to be delivered. This should be, at the very most, a 5-10 minute conversation. After reaching the building materials dept > transferred to the pro desk > put on hold > transferred to another person at the pro desk> transferred and put on hold again, I was finally told that "they would call me back." Still waiting. Come on, Home Depot, Im trying to throw my money at you.

Placed a $4,000 window special order, was told it was eligible for military discount, at time of payment was told discount could not be combined with other coupons. Zero communication from store manager Rebecca until I called the customer care line. She returned my call all but directly threatening to fire the employee that told me about the discount. Poor store management. Zero communication. I should have went to Lowes.

Not my favorite Home Depot, but okay. The layout of this particular store seems awkward. Yes, you get used to "your store" but most have a fairly familiar layout, except this one. With the exception of the layout they seem to have a stock handler who really does keep everything in stock. (I say this because when "my" Home Depot doesnt have something I need, this one always does.)

Literally waiting 20 minutes to pickup an online order (theres no one in front of me). The first time I ordered this item online and went to pick up front front desk I got an empty box (yes, thats right. Nothing was in the box). Now Im here picking up the the $4 piece of tile and the front desk lady is taking 20 minutes. Its almost not even worth it.

Zero people working the garden center on a Saturday besides a cashier and someone helping load things in cars. Nobody was available to answer questions about the plants, flowers and soils. I asked them to call someone over to help me and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt really know. Next time Ill try Lowes.

The floor attendees were extremely helpful and showed complete interest assisting in finding what I was looking for. My only halt was that I made it home, opened the box of lights Id purchased and there was one busted. Broken items should be taken off the floor immediately, as of it was someones job to check for those items.

This place has all the home things you can find plus more. There are always employees around ready to answer your questions and lend a hand. They are very careful about everything. If they need to reach high using a lift, they will caution tape the area so that no one gets hurt. They can customize your wood or pvc piping.

This is the third time in 2 weeks that I bought something online, received their email telling me it was ready for pickup, and then it wasnt even close to ready when I went to the store. Took about a half hour first and second time. So far, Im at 32 minutes for this visit.

Do not buy appliances here! 5 month old oven doesnt work, 40 minutes in return line, waiting for Carlos Guzman Asst Manager would not do anything. "I dont care! Its on Home Depot not me". Then Im still on phone with corporate HD for almost hour!

This store is an experience that makes one beg Lowes to please open a store nearby so we no longer need to go here. It is a nightmare. Organization has plummeted from a once pristine example of customer service to zero customer service.

Generally clowns at this location. You will be left on hold forever, then transferred around from one ill-trained and unhelpful employee to another, then, when you ask for the store manager, hes about as competent as his staff. Avoid.

This is the second worst Home Depot I ever got stuck at 6:45 in the morning trying to find a few things to get ready for work Home Depot employees stand around dont ask you for help more concerned with their private conversations
