I really wish I could have given this a goose egg score. I usually go to this store several times a month, but lately with the kids running this store it is awful. The customer service is zero. I was in there on Thursday 1/19/17 to pick up the LED bulbs that were on sale. There was 3 kids in paint, 2 girl and a boy. And a girl at the register. I asked which was brighter daylight or soft white. The girl at the register asked the boy on their headset my question. Mind you we were only about 4 ft away. I got a ridiculous answer and was told it was my preference. At that point another customer answered my question. I then asked for gutter guards, the response was down that isle. I found them on my own , still no customer service. Frustrated I checked out. It was then the cashier said in the lighting isle there was a display so I could see the difference. I just looked at her. Now ,no one could have said that earlier. Next time Ill drive to one of the big box stores.

Great Beyond

Happy they moved to this horrible, godforsaken place. As usual, youll pay a little higher price than traditional "box" stores but, you dont have to walk for miles and staff seems to be treated fair and aim to please. Is a smaller store but, is well stocked and organized. They usually have whatever I need in stock, otherwise theyll order it and give me a friendly call within a day or two telling me that my order is ready to be picked up. Zero complaints. Worth the time and money.

Only one star because there isnt a negetive. Today was the last time I will ever set foot in this store. I went to buy a 300.00 stihl chain saw and when I asked about it the guy that came to help was the rudest person I have met. I have had to deal with him before and its the same. He always acts like your an inconvenience to him. Because of this person I will not be recommending this store anymore and as a business owner I talk to alot of people.

Came there looking for a special bolt, which was custom made, and I needed something similar to duplicate its properties. A man David helped me. He Instantly told me that they didnt have it, which I expected, but he went a looking throught their stock and found one similar enough for me to cut off the threading and it would nearly duplicate my screw, but most definitely fix my issue. So he worked it, and knew his stuff.

I was having a problem with my push lawn mower. I went in and spoke with associate David and he was wonderful! Hes very knowledgeable and knew what I needed. I even brought in my carburetor in and he spent time with me to help me clean it up! Wonderful service; Ive never had a bad experience here!

I was total shocked. Some people are friendly, others not. I needed a key cut, well the know it all cut the key wrong. When I went back, he refused to recut the key. I wont be bringing my business back there again. Home Depot and Lowes are about 15 mins away.

Zero is best! Had to deal with a Glenn for a Stihl sale. He was a nasty individual!!! As you can see staff at this store is horrible and the 5 star rating from a Chris Glass he is the store manager.

This location is the Average Ace Hardware, but is conveniently located in the middle of the country when no big box stores nearby
