I rarely write a review, but they need a wake up call. Very rude customer service. I have heard this from others also. I was trying to exchange an electrical part. Instead of trying to figure out what the problem was, the man basically very nastily, said the parts were never defective, that it was a incompetent electrician who installed it. The part would not be exchanged or refunded. This was in front of another customer and the help. How degrading is that? I wasnt aware that all products are 100% perfect. Hope the $15.00 was worth the loss of future business.

Ive read threw the reviews here and I must say I havent had the same experience as many others have, maybe I get lucky and catch whoevers working on a good day?? Or maybe theyre used to seeing me? I dont know. I can say that a lot of the employees look like they hate life though. Anyways, the store is a bit small but well taken care of, I can usually find what Im looking for. If I have questions theyre answered with as much knowledge as possible.

Amazing staff! From the manager (owner?) to all the floor employees, theyre polite, helpful, friendly, and patient. :) Best place around for hard to find hardware and other useful tools and knick knacks. Like most Aces, things are a bit pricey but I have gotten some really good deals from time to time. Ive also rented a uhaul trailer from them a few times and they make it easier than it already is ^^

Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service in trying to obtain a uhaul and was hung up on. Had to call another Ace Hardware who oversees that store to complain. Ive heard several complaints from others too, and theyve completely lost my business. Management is one of the worst!

Very poor customer service. I went in to buy clamps for a plumbing project i was finishing. The owner was very rude and argumentative and had a lack of knowledge of his products. I will never go back in that store again.

We paved their parking lot today. The salespeople were very helpful. They provided us drinks and materials to put the fence back we had to take out. This is a great store and now they have a new smooth parking lot.

Awesome friendly staff, i needed some machined screws for a wall mount tv and a very nice employee got us to the right area and we were out the door in a few minutes.

Steve was a completely rude jerk cussing 4 customers during my 5 minute visit. I called and filed a complaint with the Corp office.

Very helpful. New battery for Chip auto key installed...just charge for battery. Honda makes it complicated.
