Absolutely awful customer service. Im trying to restore an old camper and I saw Ace while driving home from work and thought "hey, I should try these guys to see about getting plexiglass, instead of Home Depot, seems like a cozy little place." I know little of how the process of obtaining it works (seeing as I dont freaking work there and never tried to buy this stuff until now) and instead of helping me or telling me how its done, I was insulted by this old @$$hole who seemed to be taking the fact that he didnt plan for retirement and still has to be a grocery boy at age 70, on me. Told me he cant do it without the measurement, even though I just wanted to know the basics (how much it costs, do i have to pay for a whole sheet or just my cut, etc). So I called my wife, got the measurement, asked another employee if I could get some cut, and he refers me back to the kiosk where the ancient Dick worked. The man radioed to him and I hear him reply "I aint cuttin no plexiglass". So I restrained myself from throwing the piece of #!$%s phone across the store and turned and walked out. Just what I need at the end of a hard days work: someone whos paid to HELP customers, refusing to do the work they were hired to do. F this place, you dont want my money, I know plenty others that do. Ill be at Home Depot if you need me...bet this review wont be anywhere near the top, thanks Google!

I dont recommend filling propane gas from this store. They charge a flat rate even if your tank is half full. Plus the guy refused to tell me how much in my tank . They use an old rusty scale which I really have no confidence in its calibration or accuracy. I highly recommend to check another store ! As I update : I went home & weighted the propane cylinder twice , its 5 pounds less that what they claimed to be filled at . The guy said his scale is for 40 pounds & its 35 pounds . Very disappointed !!!

Very helpful staff. Amazing variety of stocked items. Needed to have my handyman replace plumbing parts. They had a display with pictures (for us non-professional plumbers) which really helped me know what I needed to buy. I love the signs showing all the supplies needed for minor repairs. That way I can get the right gadget the first time.

I had an issue with replacing connecting pieces for my BBQ gas line. Chad not only helped me find the correct connecting pieces but he installed them for me because they were so difficult to remove from the existing connectors. I truly appreciate this type of service and kindness. Thanks Chad! Youre awesome! :)

Love this store, always so helpful when I have repair questions. I have learned how to fix many things from these guys. Chad is my favorite associate, he is so patient in explaining. The only thing is that they are a liitle higher with their prices, but thats a small consolation for the customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. You will pay more for most things, but I believe the service received is worth the little extra. Also a better choice then driving to the big box store, a time saver for me.
