Used this ACE two days in a row. Worst ACE ever been in. Neither day was I acknowledged or asked if i needed help. Today i went to do a return a d three employees never even said hello or can i help you. And when i tried to return the items the young girl was snippy and disrespectful. Their loss is anothers gain. I own a business and planned to use them for large purchases. They cant do the little stuff will not trust with large stuff.

Came in and ordered a carburetor from these guys. Finally a week later told me it was backordered and could not give me a date on when I would revive part. This was after calling them every day to check on my order. Now I have a very frustrated customer on my hands as when I can repair there weed eater. Thanks for letting me and my customer down ACE
