2 of the 5 carts we rented broke down within 1st day. Left multiple messages on the "emergency" line. Down more than 24 hours and never got a reply at all. Called again more than 24 hours later during business hours and finally got them to come out and exchange our carts. Manager (Saxby) took my number and was supposed to call me back after speaking with boss about reconciling the situation. NEVER CALLED BACK. Very poor service and no follow through. Will go elsewhere for carts when we return to Fripp.

Charges +20% more then club car if not more for parts! Absolute rip off, very unethical ans I would never recommend their services. If there was a way to put 0 stars i would. Also this is not just my experience but experiences also of others i know well who own private golf cars.

Paid $500 for a stock set of golf cart tires was way too expensive. Paid for an alignment as well and they never did it. My new tires are now bald on the outer side. I recommend changing the tires yourself or finding a handyman out here.
