Mike is great, he is the owner and a pretty good guy. An alignment was supposed to be done as part of me buying my truck from them and we forgot to get it put in the paperwork. But Mike got it taken care of. And he helped me out with getting some other stuff taken care of. My salesman Cameron (I think is his name) was also great. He worked with me to get into the truck I wanted. And the truck was fair priced and they gave me a great price on my trade. So if you want a great deal you should go and see these two guys. Now here is the bad, if you have to go up there, there are two people that you should not deal with, one is the short guy that sits in the back office. This guy thinks its okay to yell at the customer and tell them that they dont understand anything. Im sorry, but if I buy a vehicle for 6 grand, I dont expect to have problems within the same week. And I dont care if you told the owner that he shouldnt have sold the vehicle. Its not your business to tell you boss what he should or should not be doing in the first place. Second, keep you mouth shut in front of the customer about such issues, its none of my business and it turns me off from wanting to do any further business. And finally with this ignorant guy, as he said, he is not a mechanic, so if I am, and have been for years, dont try and argue with me about mechanical issues. And the other gentleman whose name is cant remember but he is taller with I think red hair, he is also ignorant about vehiclesome and also should not put his two cents in when he doesnt know. If you dont want to deal with getting my truck fixed, just say so, but dont tell me that " its Sunday and Im out here trying to sale cars but I have to deal with this crap". Cause honestly, Im really not the guy who enjoys the attitude. So dont bother with these two guys as Im sure theyou only care about the money and not the customer and will quickly screw you over. However, dont let these two keep you from stopping in and getting a great deal, just dont deal with them.

I found a vehicle that we have looking for to accommodate our family. I went to their website and filled out the credit application. Today I received a call from Jay about the vehicle. I told him we were looking at the 2010 Honda Pilot, he asked me if we could come in at 3:00 because they were going to take that car to auction and I said NO because we both work and then had to pick up our child from school. He put me on hold and said that he would keep the car here and set up and appointment for today at 5:00. We were meet by a gentleman that said you must be the 5:00 appointment and that Jay would be right with us. Jay came over and introduced himself to us and asked if we would like to take a test drive and we said yes. Once in the vehicle I knew something was different as I looked at the features, this was not the car!! We had just turned onto Aurora from the lot and I said turn this car around. This is not the vehicle we discussed over the phone and yet you assured me that the vehicle would be there. I am sorry that we rushed home and drove 45 mins for nothing, we did not even get an apology, he simply said that someone must have taken the wrong one to auction...Duh Do you think so?? I would look at the vehicles closely, the Pilot that he was showing us had major rust on the frame and front end steering, under the hood there was what I believed to be mud all the way up to the of the engine compartment and Jay confirmed it was mud, so buyer beware!!!!

beware Buyers This place offers 50/50 BullShxt Warranty They talk to you real nice untill the Car breaks down So lets say you need engine ok do youre research First engine cost 2000 dollars these rednecks will Charge you 5000Dollars to make it look like you are saving a ton on money WRONG you are wasteing youre time with there BS warranty Tons of dealerships offer warrantys.. The warranty is for 24,000miles or less hahahaha You cant go nowhere for two years , The sales staff are a little cocky But most are nice the owner Talks up a big storm Mikey will tell you youre saving Thosands man This bmw is worth 25,000 dollars when u go on kbb tells you other , They sell good cars Just bewear about the BS warranty Just cause They sell good cars doesnt mean there not gonna have problems Another thing EVERYONE working there will give you a differnt story its Funny cause its like a comedy show Lol Youtube them they have there own channel that of course SUCKS lol Great Job on that Mikey , This is not a BS comment its the truth and If you dont like Welp reply , Oh and one last thing PLEASE PLEASE SAVE ALL YOURE PAPER WORK cause they will try to fxxk u over if your not on top of youre game , Other then that They will treat you nice as long as you got money in your pockets like my mom always told me She Said Son Friends our a Dollar in youre pocket...

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle at Right Price Auto Sales and Service. We are very satisfied with the vehicle, service and care we got. The people who work there are knowledgeable and very helpful, not to mention friendly. Their care went beyond when we "signed on the dotted line" too. My husbands vehicle needed some work done on it, they were willing to help with that also. Because we were costumers, they reduced the cost of having the work that needed to be done to his vehicle. (Which was less than prices we were quoted elsewhere). We had also missed bringing in some paperwork, at which point our salesman came to our home to not only pick up the work, but helped us obtain copies of it. The vehicle we purchased has more than met our expectations. We have recommended Right Price Auto Sales and Service to both family and friends without exception. Ive purchased vehicles from big name dealerships and small corner dealers also. Right Price Auto Sales and Service has raised the bar as far as were concerned. When we need to purchase another car, we will go back to them. Feel free to consider us happy customers.

Bought an 08 Charger from these guys, was sketchy because all the dealerships on aurora are garbage. Took the car for a test drive alone, which was really cool, I didnt have the pressure of a salesman in the passenger seat. They just gave me a temp tag and copied my license and let me test drive it by myself. Drove smooth, went back and filled out the paperwork. At the time my credit was horrible, but they actually got me financed. Not even a day later the the fuel pump went out. Not the dealers fault, its something unpredictable. Within 15 minutes the owner came to my car with his mechanic and gave me a ride back to the dealership, and had the car towed back as well! They also gave me a loaner car, I had to put gas in it, but still. With their 3 month warranty they fixed the fuel pump. When I first bought the car I noticed it had bald tires, and they replaced them with all new tires as well. Would recommend.
