Got some vegetables and found the sweet potatoes were bad. We got there to replace them and the girl over the counter said that there is no replacement or refund for vegetables. I asked for the owner and she spoke to someone over the phone, and then offered me a replacement but only for this time. We replaced it and I asked whom did she actually talk to. The cashier says it was the manager. I asked what did the manager mean by "only for this time"? Well, she says what the manager meant was not to take it personal, but if other customers happen to see what happened they should do it for them too. I said If they sell decent quality stuff, they will not have to, moreover "this time is my last time out there" and I will be more happy to use the other stores nearby.

i went to this place 2 days ago with my friend and we bought some rosgulla and some frozen foods....they got stuffs for cheap but the quality really sucks....i had to be in bed for 2 days because i ate food from there...i am not really making this up and one more thing....i called the store nov 25th 2009 at around 9.pm and one of the store worker picked up the phone and i asked them to give it to supervisor and the girl who answered the phone called gurpreet and u could hear then what they were saying and gurpreet said put it on hold and they disconnected me.....do u think this is a fair customer service and do u think they are providing quality food service....

Hello folks ,dnt even think to go this subzi mandi of Irving..its pathetic and especially their staff inside chat center...2 nepali gals named Indu( Wear red t-shirt) and other short gal..they both are of ridiculous attitude and always make their faces in front of customers.She always acts arrogantly especially when we go on Wed,when their chart is .$99..She has very very worst attitude that i have ever seen...Thinking to complain their owner...She do sometimes partiality towards their Nepalis customers...and blames their owner when we ask for sufficient qty..of thali or chart...I hope owner should be aware of them otherwise they will loose their all customers

Me: "Hi do you have sugar cane? Im talking about the raw kind. Sticks of sugar cane." Woman on phone: "Oh yes, we have plenty." I drove out thirty minutes, and of course, two different people had no idea what I was talking about. I looked all over the store, and they didnt have any sugar cane. Thats one hour of my Saturday wasted. I hope this place goes out of business. If that happens, Ill make the drive back out to dance on the rubble where the store used to stand. Liars!

Good, I had been to the Plano store. This is a big store and I found everything I had on my list. The items were of good quality and not so pricey. The vegetables were fresh and frozen foods were good too. They have a restaurant attached and after a long time I had a decent Pani Puri. However, I found the staff not to be that friendly. Also, the curry leaves packets were all spoiled and surprisingly they had still left them for sale. Hence cant give a 5 star.

Terrible customer service. They seem to think they are doing you a favor by letting you shop there. Once they billed me incorrectly and I showed it to them on the spot. They refused to correct the bill and I was asked to buy more stuff than I actually needed to correct the difference. I wouldnt shop here again.

Extremely bad customer service!! Their cashiers are very rude and think that they are something special. They dont even look at you and do the transaction. No thank you, no hello, no bye, no handing over the grocery bags, etc. You have to reach out to the counter to get your grocery bags.......

Delicious and cheap If you like an "adventure in dining" I encourage you to try Subzi Mandi. Good veg and non-veg selection and pizza looked good too. Ive given it an extra star to make up for the silly review complaining about some "ridiculous" girls working there.

Pizza was old. Tasted like it was made the day before. Their chilli chicken was tasteless. However their samosa was good. I dont know how I feel about this place. My friend liked their mango lacchi.

Dirty store, unorganized, veeeeeery high prices, the goods they sell are limited to countries like Pakistan, india, afghanistan... rarely when you find north african and middle eastern things.

If you are fond of traditional Desi food then this is NOT the place for you. I have tried different things for here but didnt like any. Specially their Halva Puri is not good at all.

grocery was fine to buy but terrible food to buy...I would recommend them to please serve better food as people dont mind spending 2 bucks more for better quality and hygiene
