The worst customer service ever... Very very late response and highly attitude people. I was waiting for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, they bothered to look at me and when I called them, they gave a reply with attitude. After 10 minutes, one lady came out and served the customer in front of me. And she went in again even after knowing that there are other customers behind. To make the situation worst, there werent even any customers having food in the restaurant at that time and the buffet was also closed at the time I visited. Only God knows, what they are doing inside. This is definition for the worst customer service. I am not going there again.

I often buy curry combo here. I thought, they were made fresh, but they are not. they served spoiled sambar in curry combo. Looks like cooked several days back and selling it, till it sold out. I dont suggest to buy here. Ask them when was that curry made, while you buying. Update : they did it again yesterday. Serve the spoiled currie combo. This time it is dal. After, I tasted got sick, caused nausea and vomitings . I visited the store and explained to the lady on the counter. She was rude, didnt even apologize or admit mistake. Dont buy food is here. I will definitely file a case on sarigama reasturant in Department of health service.

If you ever wordered how horrible food tastes, well look no further you have found it in sarigama cafe. I ordered boneless chicken birayani and it was just plain horrible. The chicken had some kind of red food color and when I started eating it I could feel my stomach burning. The birayani was so bad I had to throw it after trying to eat couple of times. This was not even a birayani it was just rice with some red color coated chicken. Only upside was the nice counter girl.

Its a good place to visit for you regular chai cravings, sit with friends and chill out with your optional snacks and chai. They have buffet option in the afternoon and evenings. If you prefer to-go, you can choose the combo - 1 NVeg, 1 Veg and 1 Dal/Sambar, Rice is extra. Food is decent, nothing to rave about, but the place as mentioned earlier is great for everyday hangout :)

I would not even give one star if I could!! I am saying this because the food is not consistent, looks like they got different amateur cooks!! The food is OK one day and the next day will be total wack. Same menu item but the food is cooked differently with different recipe. Save your money people. Avoid it!!!! Only good for Tea and snacks!!!

I am a frequent customer of Sarigama for last couple of years. I have seen a tremendous improvement in the quality of food last few months. Their curry combo is the best. Having a grocery store right next door is very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone missing homemade food from Andhra!! :)

Small place to eat but their staff is great. We were a party of 20 and needed an south Indian breakfast and this was the only place open at 10 am. They did their best to accommodate us and our orders. Made sure everyone was satisfied with their order. Great job !!

Friendly staff, helped me to understand how the cafe worked [as it was my first time there and I was lost with the menu.] I was able to sample a few amazing dishes before deciding on a curry. Their tea is some of the best I have ever had & was rather inexpensive.

Staff is friendly. Food has good taste but we went there late or may be it was just old food on dinner buffet. Some items like Butter makhni and daal were good. Chai was OK too. For the price I think its a good deal. Friend got dosa which was good.

Beware of expired products ..there are so much expired eatables..waste of money ..we brought some snacks and goods surprisingly all were expired when we informed this to the supervisor he grabbed the things and kept it inside and replied us rudely

Nice South Indian especially Andhra food. Good portions, tasty food and reasonably priced. No suprises in this restaurant. You know the place is small and the food is tasty. Repeat customer base seems to be the driver for this restaurant

Another good place for south Indian breakfasts, refreshments & snacks. Popular among Indian crowd, after a heavy days work at office stop by for quick refreshments with friends & take home curries. The service is little bit slow.

Kindly have someone who can answer all your questions to receive the main line calls cos i did see in reviews and it happened to me too. A lady answered and kept transferring and putting my call on hold for very simple questions.

Only good for curries. Never ever ever buy biryani here. Most horrific biryani I ever had, mixed old biryani rice (can see the rice grains bubbles) mixed with chicken 65 Dont sell that in name of biryani please.

Decent food. Probably on a busy day if I dont want to go too far for food I would go there. The supermarket has good Vegetables but heard from someone that they are comparatively costlier than elsewhere.

We had the buffet dinner here and had worst experience. Food taste was worst. Also it was not meant to say buffet. They didt have as a perfect buffet. I dont recommend anyone to go here for buffet.

Im giving one star as it is the least possible. Extremely bad food. It is stale and very bad to taste. Not only does it not feel fresh but it is disgusting. Dont bother steeping in here.

dirty restaurant. Didnt fell like eating anything but my son was adamant. So got one dosa alone. no big complaints about taste but zero hygiene. The grocery store is also dirty.

Its pricy compared to other stores. what i have observed is they get some items from local stores such as ALDI and then sell the same for higher price. Ex: Salt, some fruits

Restaurant is cool, but no AC inside, it will make you boil in summer.. except that everything is cool.. and the taste is Good for snacks, lunch items are average
