I usually always find everything I need and then some; hence I go in wanting 2 things but I come out with $120 worth of stuff. This particular Kroger has always been clean well-stocked responsive to getting new products and cashiers to stalkers always have Smiles on their face so I do hope that you treat them very very well. They do Kroger a great service because they are Kroger when Im standing there interacting with them. The only complaint I have is always going to be as long as theres new people learning to sack groceries please be careful of the eggs and tomatoes and those nice beautiful squishy fruits and vegetables we like please dont put cans of dog food on top of tomatoes.. and you may consider having an extra person help at the customer service desk because anyone I ever see maning that post is both Brave patient a multitasker to the 10th degree and exhibit patience that takes my breath away period I have seen customers abuse this particular petite little lady older lady let me tell you something I hope youll watch her cuz she is a great asset.

Why is krogers requiring pin numbers on credit transactions. This will turn every transaction into debit. This will allow credit card companies to charge more for cash transactions at higher fees. Credit card companies charges are anywhere from 3 to28 % on cash transactions. I HAVE SHOPED KROGER FOR 38 years but from now on I will go anywhere but KROGER. Kroger already drive up prices in each state that they are in . They use political connections to lead with grocery prices and policy. They lead the charge for alcohol being sold across the State because grocery shopping was on the decline yet liquor sales went up . STOP THIS CHAIN FROM FURTHER DESTROYING OUR WAY OF LIFE. I WILL NEVER SHOP KROGER AGAIN AND WILL LEAD A FACEBOOK BOYCOTT AGAINST KROGER,,S POLICY.

Ive visited a lot of Kroger locations and this one always seems to set the standards for all of the others. The employees are always friendly and just about every trip I always see one of the managers on the floor making sure everything around the store is being done correctly and kept up to par. Ive never had to wait in line too long to check out. I get great savings with the online coupons and I use the app to help me save even more and stay up to date on the latest deals and sales. The deli department always has friendly people working. The produce is always fresh and usually well stocked. I do my grocery shopping here before I go to any other grocery store every time!

I agree with the previous persons post and that mexican ladys name is Gloria and she does the same thing to me only...Not any of my other guy family members...We shop there every other day and we spend lots of money and she makes us not want to shop at that Kroger nearly as much! We have reported her to upper management and they dont seem to care because she is still working self checkout!!! Also they never have anything restocked for the next day!! They are always out of everything! The managers or supervisors never smile or talk to you...Everyone at this location just seems angry and you can tell they hate their job! Very unhappy customer with Kroger at Cedar Hill!!!

I have been going to Krogers for over 10 years these past couple years we have had a problem with the same Mexican lady she always thinks we are trying to steal something she will make rude comments and go as far as calling the person at the register we are at and tell them to make sure we are not stealing. Idk if it is because there is alot of us or what we are a family of 10 and we shop at Kroger up to 3 times a week and we only have problems with the Mexican lady always working the self checkout. Everyone else is amazing they know our family watched most of us grow up even.

Easily one of the best grocery stores in Cedar Hill. Has a great selection of items (probably thousands more than Walmart), stuff gets put on discount every week, fresh food and competitive prices. Plus if you register your Krogers card online the store will donate to a charity of your choice and if youre a senior you get an extra discount (on top of your regular card discount). Its not really crowded either and is a very clean place (plus the people are much friendlier than other grocery stores). A few times I even received custom coupons in the mail from Krogers....Love it!!!

There were a few customers in the store. Only 3 registers open, but the cashiers bag their own lines. My popsicles started to melt. Manager was standing up front asking where is so in so. Instead of calling for them himself. This was my first time in Krogers and my last.

The worse customer service by Bryan the manager. I usually go to the one in Desoto and I tried this one but will never go back! I asked to speak with him and he didnt say anything to me. He walked pass even when the lady pointed at me and told him I wanted to talk to him.

Worse Kroger ever! No help in any department. Was informed everyone takes out the trash at the same time...They leave the bakery she meat departments with no one to help the customers. Manager seemed very unconcerned. Poor customer service.

This particular location is top notch to me! Love how its been remodelled and its very well stocked. Lovely produce section. Beautiful floral Dept. The employees I engaged in were very friendly and helpful.

The employees at this location are friendly. The store is always clean. My complaint is with the meat department. Please pull the out of dates, brown meats, and meat packages that are filled with air.

At 12:43 am I check Google map to see if there open which said they close at 1:00am guess what... not. Read the invisible hours on the door if you can find them. We all know when Aldis closes.

I did not know they have a pharmacy. The staff were helpful, fast and friendly. Brian had me in and out in five minutes. Afterwards, I even picked up a few grocery items.

Why is your parking lot so filthy in Cedar Hill? Cant your company clean this up. If your parkinlot is filthy I wonder what else is filthy inside your store.
