They are awful to their employees. switching shifts is against store policy, a of bunch of little mundane rules that they can write you up for, and dont even bother having a medical emergency, because they are "dealt with" on a case by case basis. Upon hire, if you have days off you need in advance, you wont get them. My fiance had to quit because he needed 3 days off in order to move (which he request at the time of hire), they said he would get them. His second weeks comes around and he reminds them again, they confirm all is well. Then the schedule comes out and hes scheduled those days. He tries to reason with them and they blame him for not enough advance notification. We had a bunch of moving rentals scheduled those days, plus move out and move in with old and new apartments. Theres no way I could do it myself. They also treated him like garbage. Sophia the manager is very rude and condescending to the employees, while the day trainer Jan is a bitter old lady who thinks that you should know your job right away and if you make one mistake, you just ruined her whole day. And the schedule is made weekly instead of bi-weekly, so dont count on consecutive days off. They are very unreasonable and unethical. Could careless about employee well being.

Most things are really well priced, especially compared to Whole Foods, not that we have one of those here. Lots of Vegan and gluten free options. They also have great sales in the beauty department, so I can stock up on cruelty free shampoo, nail Polish etc. The meat is expensive, but it costs more to treat an animal well so thats expected. The eggs are sometimes cheaper than at the grocery store, and theyre humanely treated. They do have handy stickers on the levels of care the chickens are given. The egg whites arent too pricey if you catch a sale. The bulk spice section is amazing. I now have all the spices, because they sell glass spice shakers for 1.00 too. I dont by a lot of produce there, but the fresh herbs are really handy in the winter.

Im sad to say I was not impressed with the selection. The store looks large enough to have a variety of items, but for example, although they had Bhakti Chai premixed drinks, they didnt have plain concentrate; they had Yves Ground Round but only the Mexican flavor not plain, and they didnt have TVP - the two people I asked about it didnt even seem to know what TVP *is*. I know TVP isnt super healthy, but it is a common meat substitute, and they should carry it, especially since the selection of other vegetarian options wasnt great. FYI the Hornbachers on 45th St S in Fargo *does* have TVP and I would recommend shopping there instead of Natural Grocers when possible.

Natural Grocers is a very forward-thinking establishment in Fargo, ND. Filled with organic, expensive, but more healthy products, the place is pretty cool. The require you to bring your own bag though so remember before going shopping here. Customer service was great as well. The only thing I didnt like was the price. I dont know how people could afford to feed their family with organic food as it would drive me to the poorhouse in a short amount of time.

Fargo is very lucky to have a store like this. Thank you Colorado for bringing this store here. I appreciate this store so much. They do have a good selection and will get something if you request it. The only reason Im giving this 4 stars and not 5 is because I lived in California for 8 years and frequented stores such as sprouts and whole foods. This store competes and is pretty much there equal. Thank you so much natural grocers.

Easy and open parking right off of 45th due south. Clean, open, well lit, and organized place. A lot of variety for vegetarians and vegans. Organic vegetables and fruits. Huge section of supplements and body care products. Bring your own bag or there are cardboard boxes available for you to carry your purchases.

This store has a great selection of vegetables, bulk, and specialty foods. They have of supplements and beauty products as well. Their mest selection is minimal although good quality. It is the only place I have found unsweetened chocolate almond milk. They also have kombucha on tap!

Prices ok. I buy many items regularly here but still need 3 stores to complete my grocery shopping. Many items I go in to purchase are sold out. I will still keep coming back until there is a competitor for a one stop organic grocer.

Natural grocers is what I miss the most about living in Fargo. The people who work there are so kind and always helpful. The prices are higher but one should expect that when buying more natural and organic products anyway.

Great natural food selection. I went there in search of a specific vitamin, they did not the exact one but a comparable product. Friendly staff that wants to make sure you find what you need. Great customer service.

Good selection of bulk and prepackaged food items. Friendly and helpful staff who will special order items in. However, there are some items available to other regions not available locally through this store.

I love this grocery store with fresh veggies, hard to find natural and organic foods, with a responsive staff that knows where to find the products you need and will accommodate customers with fast service.

Love this store! They have a great selection of organic products, and lots of gluten free stuff. Their produce seems to be local and high quality. They send books in the mail with coupons in them, too!

Its the closest thing that Fargo has to a food co-op and it has a fantastic selection! Great Kombucha, deals on exquisite chocolate, and a good produce selection.

Great store! A little expensive, but good quality products. Vitamin section is great, very knowledgeable employees. Better than Swansons Health store.

Excellent location, good selection. There is no deli or ready-to-eat food section, however - may not be the best location for work lunches to go.

Id like to see more product and more sales on items. Expansion. Otherwise I have to go to three different stores to get what I want.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of foods, herbs and spices. Bring your own bags since it is a bag less service store.
