Horrible experience. Just left right now and as I was leaving the night cashier stops me before leaving the store and said someone told him to stop me because they saw me take me take something. I asked to see the recording and I didnt touch one item in the store. Also I know how loss prevention works since I used to be in that line of work. First of all if you have to let the person leave the store before you can stop them which this cashier didnt do. Also, you have to have the person youre watching in view at all times which this cashier didnt do. This is in case the person happens to ditch the product. Something better be done about this or Im contacting corporate and an attorney.Im a loyal customer at Tom Thumb. I buy a good chunk of my grocerys there.

what a bad management and the worst customer service in this area !! the cashiers have not been trained at all, they just been offered job and started working.This is my neighborhood grocery store and shop there 2, 3 times a week.The cashiers are talking together when you are getting checked out , they continue without any acknowledgement and not been told the right way ! In total this store needs to be renovated in management sciences and new & trained staff !

I have been shopping at this store for several years, and it has gradually gone downhill. Staff used to be super friendly and helpful. Now they dont even acknowledge you and seem indifferent. Checkers and sackers are not trained and I usually have to re-bag many items myself to keep them from being damaged. Lines are poorly attended. Fish section is terrible. Not worth the trip anymore. I drive farther now to shop at a higher quality market.

Small but nice grocery store. Be careful what you buy as they sell a lot of food that is expired. I bought sodas and they tasted weird and I looked at the expiration date and they had expired last year. I started looking at the other groceries I purchased and they all had expired last year. The only items that werent past their expiration dates were the produce items.

Managing staff is probably one of the most rude Ive encountered. Had a problem with a returning a Rug Doctor and was told to come back another day. Then turned his back and stopped responding to me. Good luck with this place.

Good collection of fresh vegetables and fruits. If you are visitor and staying at Hyatt Place, this place is most convenient for quick snack stock ups. I have been visiting this place from last 1yr and works well.

small containe of mixed tomatoes had mold on them and the large mixed lettuce was at its used by date. This location has been going downhill since the Safeway acquisitions, but this is a new low.

I love their produce, especially the organic and the prices are lower than whole foods.......I love their roasted chickens.....the staff are also very nice.

Clean store, Great prices; however long wait for checkout. 7pm only 2 lanes were open 6 people were in my line a head of me.
