Other than the fact that the store recently rearranged their main layout, and I have had to re-learn the store, it is always a joy shopping at this Tom Thumb. The store is clean, well organized, with ample courteous and knowledgeable employees. The produce selection rivals fresh fruit/vegetable stands...while the cheese, meat choices are varied, and of high quality...the bakery is almost perfect. Even though their overall pricing is a bit higher than their competitors, this Tom Thumb’s specials, discounts and coupons are first rate (very much used and appreciated!), their food selections are outstanding, and their personnel and service are unequaled. Who—in their right mind—wouldn’t be happily satisfied shopping here (crowded or not)?!!

We custom ordered Cowboy Theme Cake and i spoke with Bakery Manager Tiffany and showed here sample picture. Tiffany and Cake decorator did an amazing Job and i was extremely happy with the cake, it not only looked beautiful but also very delicious. Tiffany was so amazing and never saw anyone with such nice attitude towards customer. Cake complimented our whole birthday Party theme. I would recommend Tiffany for her Customer first attitude

I have been going to the Tom Thumb Pharmacy for years and they are always great. After the store was renovated they added a new waiting room that is a great place to wait on your prescription. The staff is always very helpful and they take great care to make sure that you get the medicine that you need and that all of your questions are answered. I take all of my prescriptions here and you should too.

This is a very good store to shop for groceries. The folks who work there are friendly and helpful. The managers are just as courteous as the employees. The store is stocked with both conventional and organic foods, a good bakery and a fine selection of both wine and beer. Parking is plentiful and quick check-out with both cashier and self-checkout. I even got my flu shot at Tom Thumb this year.

Love these guys/gals! I can find everything I want/need, and the employees are so friendly, call you by name each time you come in. For "those of you" who think the clientele is "shadier each year", go somewhere else. Im thinking that the Uptown area is more your speed.

talk about a freakin madhouse on the weekends! and the clientele has become shadier each year. if youre set on a kroger, do yourself a favor and drive to the one at coit & 121!

Weve got Vons where I live, and this store seems to be the same as that. This location was very cozy, especially the awesome Starbucks area!
