Empleados hablando mal de los clientes en otro idioma para que no entendieran.. hable con el gerente y me dijeron que no era de mi incumbencia si no estaban hablando de mi. Cliente ordeno carne me immagino que les dijo que si se la cortaban en pedazos porque empleado se la llevó atrás la tiro al piso y la piso y luego se la dio a otro para que la cortara hablando pésimo de la señora. Cuando se dieron cuenta que los estaba viendo me dijeron groserias.

The first time I went there folks were busy and I was not bothered by that no one was able to help me within five minutes. Always understandable and I did not mind. This time, no one was in the store and when I was ignored at the registered for more than five mins I knew they did not want me there. She even walked away from me after she turned my back on me when I did not leave.The girl at the register gave me dirty looks while packing my groceries and then again when I thanked her politely. I am a very quiet girl and do not like to make a fuss over things. So I just paid in left and decided to not return and leave a review. This was the WORST service I have ever gotten from a business and the only time I have ever felt discriminated against by a business. Since I have come to Texas I have always gotten really polite service, even when things get busy.

I love this place! It is a very clean place, has one of the finest and freshest meats. It is conveniently located on a major intercesseion. The owners are very nice and have been managing this place for the last 10 consecutive years! They always welcome you with hot complimentary chai which is made daily. I really like their ready made masala chicken tikka and seekh kabob which is available at their meat dept - all you have to do is bake at home. Their restaurant has really good food. My favourite is the fish fry, biryani, and chicken 65. I really recommend this place for people who prefer to go to an "upscale" desi grocery store!

I was short meat in my (whole Goat) Qurbani order. Owner Aabid promised that he owe me missing Several attempts were made to contact. He gave me leg but only one of them so the goat only had one leg? on he kept other three legs. anyway he was yelling and screaming at me over the phone Im not going back there anymore. He promised to provide Paya & liver on the day he took money from me but then everything changed. He even promised yesterday to give me liver today but then he changed his mind. I will let ﷻ ﷲ deal with him.

Very poor customer service, billed me for something and was not in the bag and when called for the same just kept on saying u may have dropped it somewhere inspite of telling that I came back straight to home nor I had lot of bags on me Was my first visit and last for sure too.

I go there all the time because it is clear and the owners are friendly and courteous. They go out of the way to make me feel welcomed. The cashier girls could be a bit more customer service oriented, but over all a good experience.
