Third week in a row the dog and cat aisle was empty had to wait for someone to go in the back and bring it out the store seems to be going downhill. Ive been going there for 10 years and theyve needed new carts since then so now we get a gas station but cant afford karts that go straight instead of wherever they want kind of ridiculous. Im seriously thinking about going to another location or maybe Tom Thumb does anyone know if Tom Thumb is better prices or are they higher? I took my aunt to the one on Campbell and that store was immaculate, CLEAN & organized you name it its very well done. And here we live in Addison the high class neighborhood you would think we would have a high class grocery store! ON THE POSITIVE SIDE THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

"The Little Kroger That Could!" Not the largest or the newest, but I like the fact that you dont have to walk for miles just to buy milk and bread. There are no dreaded self-service lanes that are unfriendly to the handicapped and the elderly, and its rare that youll have to wait in line for more than a minute or two. The staff at this location have gone "above and beyond" for me on several occasions. For example, once they re-opened the deli late at night after it was closed, just so I could buy cold cuts. Try that at Walmart! lol The pharmacist here is top-notch as well. The selection at this store isnt as large as many other Kroger locations, but if you tell the manager what you want, they can and will get it for you. Nothings perfect, but I like this place.

Good - Products merchandised and shelves stocked well every trip ive made. - Good experiences with staff who, for me at least, understand the balance between providing personal space vs offering help depending on how focused/lost I look. - Clean interiors, store card gas deals are a win, and decently varied alcohol section. Bad - Fresh produce is lower quality yet higher priced than aldi every trip Ive made so dar. Id pay more for quality but not to avoid a little driving. - Exterior and parking lot are a mess, not really their fault due to renovations/ construction on the property but its been a detractor for me

Very small, limited Kroger. Moved from Valley Ranch where they just finished a massive, new Kroger, and figured out of all places, Addisons Kroger would be nice... nurppp, not so. I have to go to the one north in Carrollton to get the things I really need. Its a shame because this one is literally one minute away from my house. I spoke with the manager, and he explained that theyre not updating this one because they want to move to a larger location, but the store hasnt had any luck with FINDING the new location yet.

Rude and dont bother calling they place you on hold and transfer your call to random departments. Not sure how one question takes almost 25 mins on hold to get a 1 min no bc they didnt even bother to look. I called the Tom Thumb on marsh and they picked up the phone and answered my question under 5 mins, plus in stock with the item. Go there instead. Avoid this grocery store. Always out of everything anyways.

I always have a good experience here. Before I moved to the Dallas area I would go to Target but now I prefer Kroger. It has more of a local super market feel. Prices are competitive, the staff is friendly, lines move quickly, and I like how the people in the deli offer to give you a slice of the deli meat before they slice it.

Worst Kroger there is. Today they were out of the mix and match beer boxes. Manager was called 4 times to come help to see if there were more. Walked right by once without helping. Finally another employee went to the back to get him. Manager told her they were out, but sill refused to come out and help.

This Kroger store in Addison is unsightly and unacceptable. The store is very old, dirty, poorly arranged, limited selection and just overall a poor grocery shopping experience. This Kroger does not represent a modern, thriving, appeal of Addison city. It should be closed.

The butchers arent very attentive, and this location hasnt had the interior makeover that other Kroger stores in DFW have been lucky enough to receive. Otherwise, the staff is very nice and do well when putting up with the grief of the occasional "hard to please" customer.

Chance King

Regularly out of the gallon sized skin milk and Red Diamond Unsweetened Iced Tea. Produce is is fresh, but overpriced compared to Walmart and Fiesta. Meat market is reasonable, but dont expect to find any dry aged steak here (central market carries a far better selection).

We shop here all the time and it is always clean and the staff friendly. The best employee they have BY FAR is Steve (a bagger) who always greets my children with a smile and a hug. He is awesome and we go out of our way to come to this store just to see him.

I loved shopping at this store so much, that I almost didnt move because I didnt want to shop at another store other than this one. The people here are awesome and very helpful. Everything that I need to cook and to eat is here and always on the shelf.

Great experience, lots of great items at a reasonable price. You NEED the Kroger card which is free to get the reasonable price. Ask register for the Kroger card. The Kroger card is already active when you receive it. You can use it the same day.

The Maupins

One of the quickest Pharmacy that I have ever been to. Less than a 20-minute wait to fill my prescription. I would honestly Drive 15 to 30 minutes just to get my prescription filled here in Dallas. A very friendly staff as well.

They have thick sliced bacon at the meat counter for a reasonable price. Manager specials can be really good deals. The biggest problem for me is finding an open disabled parking space. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I use this Kroger on a very regular basis. I know where everything is. all the people are very nice and helpful. They mail me personalized coupons that are wonderful and with my digital coupons I save a fortune there

Great Kroger. They were out of stock of 2 main 32oz items and only had 64oz and the guy gave them to me for regular price for the inconvenience! Ive been here multiple times and I always have a good experience.

Very old location, smells gross inside. Selection of items is very small. The deli is lacking. The parking lot is a nightmare. Go to the Kroger on Frankford for more options and better service.

This Kroger is small but it has the things I need and sometimes they even beat the Wal-Mart prices. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it is in a very safe neighborhood.

Nice store with discounted items in each section. At least it was that day. I usually shop at the Coppell location for this reason. So Ill return to check it out.
