The most unhelpful pharmacy filled with people who sound like they have no idea what is going on. Called in a prescription for birth control, they say they need to have it refilled by the doctor, no big deal right? Wrong. I called and called and they said oh well send you a message when we have it. I wait 5 days and call my doctor and they say they never got a fax or request from them. So I had to call them, go see them, have it refilled and then sent to another Kroger across town to make sure no other issues happened. Everytime i deal with this Kroger staff at the pharmacy, they are unhelpful, dont know policies and cannot give a definite answer to save their lives. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

Frequently out of the medication to be filled. Long wait time for prescription filling. Very busy pharmacy and staff. I had a very odd and hostile reaction from a pharmacist here today. I will be getting future prescriptions filled at Walgreens.

They actually lost my prescription for narcotic pain medicine, resulting in a week of pain and withdrawal before they found it inside a magazine. I dont use them as my pharmacy anymore. Good produce though.

I have had good experiences at this pharmacy. One worker in particular, Valerie, was extremely helpful one time. They are usually responsive to my questions and timely with getting my prescriptions filled.

Often busy but the techs work hard to get the lines down quickly. Even when they are clearly overwhelmed they always manage to be friendly and helpful....not always the case at other pharmacies.
