Worst. Trip. Ever. I made a quick 20 minute run to restock the perishables. 3 cashiers, 1 bagger and our cashier refused to help bag things. She would literally scan slower so we could keep up bagging our own things versus scanning it all and then helping. The meat I had in the bottom she scanned and didnt bag at all. When I checked the receipt to make sure I had paid for all the meat I noticed I had been significantly over charged because the discount had not automatically applied to the slabs of ribs. I then had to wait around 10 minutes in line in customer service to get the price adjusted and that took another 5 or so minutes because the associate couldnt figure out the appropriate price (it was on the sticker). After all that I proceed to load my groceries and the meat that was not bagged got snagged on the cart and proceeded to pour blood all over my shoes and white vehicle. Now I have to come home and immediately cook ribs after work because I dont have rib sized ziplocks to keep them fresh until the weekend. Safe to say Ill never come back. My 20 minute trip more than doubled after the checkout/guest service addition and I have to throw away a $120 pair of Nikes and wash my car.

If you have about 2 hours to go grocery shopping and to stand in line, then this is the place for you. They have just remodeled this store and it is about the size of 1 1/2 football fields with 23 checkout lines, and every time we go, morning, noon or night.........1 to 3 checkers at the most. There are always buggies of food left all over the place from people walking out. Today, In one basket blood is dripping on the floor from steaks in the front of the basket, the rest of the basket had mainly frozen food. I went there today at 10:45am, (they open at 6am) and again.....1 checker. Iam like where is the manager???/Oh, he is in a meeting. Managing a retail store before, if i didnt have enough help, my a_ _ would be on a register helping customers. They could pull 12 of these checkout lines that are NEVER occupied and have even more floor space. Just hard to believe the amount of money they put into this remodel and the amount of space they have with 1 checker.

Late shopping before closing hours can be hectic as the place fills up with customers who realize theyll get mugged if they must shop at the 24/7 Market Place WalMart because they missed visiting Krogers before closing time. Shopping at this Krogers in the morning is much less a hassle. A couple of the seafood counter personnel need a refresher orientation in customer service. One of them, she was rude, but I told her where to go with her attitude and spunk. Bakery personnel are friendly enough. This Krogers is far better than the store near Beltline and Storey, but it doesnt come close to the Coppell location in any regard. Coppells seafood counter should teach MacArthur location how to be friendly. MacArthur locations advantage is its proximity to many other shopping stops--Target, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc.

Store is now too large to be effectively managed under their current structure. Shelves are often empty days on end for certain items. Checkout lines always understaffed during busy times of the day (All the check out lines are for display purposes only, rarely are more than 25% in use). Finally replaced the peanut butter grinder. However each time have been out of containers. And why cant this store keep fresh bananas in stock? Store has so much potential. However, I find myself going to Tom Thumb / WM more frequently since the expansion. If the intent of the remodel was to run off customers, Kroger it was a success!

Goog quality cake. I love pineapple in white cake. Today again ordered another cake pineapple in marvel. Very good taste but this time I am little disappointed for cake store stuff. I asked them to write Happy Birthday on the cake but they refused because its not mentioned in order slip. I request them but they refused, its very little work for theme to write HB on cake. This is not acceptable from kroger, please ask your cake stuff to more customer centric, its small work for them but huge thing this for my first daughter birthday.

A great grocery store that has pretty much anything youd expect a grocery store to sell. From produce to packaged foods, and from health items to household kitchenware and small hardware and office supplies, this place has practically everything. The prices are a little high but there is a reward card program that will help bring those down and, besides that, the store is generally marketing itself to a more "health-conscious" market with organic products on their own, separate aisles, so that is to be expected, somewhat.

I am an avid Kroger shopper, regardless of where I have lived. Let me say, this is above and beyond the best Kroger I have ever been to. Im not exaggerating when I say that every worker greets you with a smile. They are all happy to be there and willing to help. Im not sure how their training differs than other locations, but they are setting a high standard. Not to mention this Kroger is huge and well-kept. The parking can be a bit of a struggle just with the popularity of the location, but well worth it.

I flipping love this place! The deli serves really good chicken and potato wedges. The wine department woman ,Kristen,is SUPER nice. The drug gm manager ,Lucy, assisted me to find something I really needed. Finally the store manager, Eric, is a really friendly always saying hello to customers. In one phrase you could say hes "A Big Friendly Giant." Overall the employees are friendly, checkout lines are ok, and the shopping experience is great. I will definitely be shopping here from now on. :D

I love going to Kroger because it is always clean and I can find everything I need. They have really good sales, so its definitely worth signing up for their membership card; I just purchased a food processor for 40 bucks. The only thing thats hit and miss on some some days is the produce. They sell out quickly, so going in the morning is my best suggestion. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Clean, quick, and friendly service everytime.

Gotta love those generic brand prices. When I went most recently the fresh vegetables werent exactly fresh, so thats the only reason Im not giving five stars. Other than that, this is basically the best place to stock up on cheap, quality food. If youre from out of state, you probably know Kroger by a different name like Ralphs, Frys, Smiths or Dillons. Dont worry, your savings card from your home state will work throughout the giant grocery family.
