This is your only stop. No one else is close to service, attention to detail, and service. Even though there is an HD dealer a few miles from me, I will ride 70 miles to Sun. A while ago, I was in the market for a street glide and had difficulty with the neighborhood dealer. They treated me with no respect like I was a complete noob, did not take me seriously, and quoted me ridiculous prices while playing games. Aint nobody got time for that! My friend, a long-time Sun customer, told me that I should make Sun my first (and last) stop, so I took his advice. As soon as I walked in the door, Matt G (the guy that looks like jax teller or jesus) came over and really took the time and effort to help me. He answered all my questions, gave me a run-down on different styles, and wanted to know my wants and desires so he could better help me make a decision. Absolutely no pressure or slimy sales tactics. Honest, straightforward, and respectful. This atmosphere comes from the top, so thanks, Brian. Youre the one who told me "Heres what Im going to do for you." No one else at any other dealer has done that for me (up and down the front range). The way you treated me is what every other dealer should aspire to do. Duane in parts, man, you are always helpful and get me exactly what I need. Spencer, thanks for servicing my scoot. You have a long line out the door, people waiting around, and youre always smiling and doing everything you can to get the work done. Much respect. Roxie, thanks for making the process run smoothly with a great attitude. Sun has my business for life and I will send everyone I know.

Ive been a HOG member and owner since 1984. I have 200,000 miles with HOG logged. I own 9 motorcycles. OK, I have a problem. I am addicted to two wheels. But one thing I do not struggle with is who to buy my next Harley from. Other than when I lived in Michigan before Colorado, Reed Holmes who is at Sun H-D is the only sales person I have ever bought a Harley & Buell motorcycle from in Colorado. He is not a new comer to sales, nor a poser to the lifestyle. Comfortable with performance, touring, racing and show; new comer or seasoned experienced rider have learned - Reed is the real deal. He and his wife ride in local and regional events, and are known throughout the greater riding community as solid enthusiasts. And Paul the Parts Mgr - this guy is a walking Google of knowledge; old & new. Since finding him I buy my Harley parts from no other dealership. At the end of the day, when you need something, who is going to go that extra mile for you; a sales person who only rides a motorcycle to work and that has already started trying to close the next deal or a solid rider who you might see at a poker run or bike night? My experience - its the latter.

Update 6-26-2015 - I was rear-ended at a stoplight and had some extensive repairs needed. I returned to Sun for my service and although there were some communication issues, the job was done well and I received my motorcycle back in prime condition and on time. I would like to extend a special thank you to Duane (General Manager) for assisting me and to the service team for doing a job well. A special thank you to Rick Grebe for working so hard to provide me all the information I needed to make the best decision. As a woman rider who is short as well, it was great to find someone who truly understood my needs and helped me get the motorcycle that fits! I would also like to thank Roxie, Brian, and Val in the Finance Department. As a Finance person, I know how hard it is to get numbers to jive (especially with challenges). These amazing professionals worked so hard to provide the best price, finance rate, and options that I walked away feeling taken care of and not taken advantage of. I recently purchased (50th birthday present from Mom) a used 2011 FLTRU Road Glide Ultra from Sun Harley Davidson. My experience was exceptional and could not be improved upon. My salesmen Matt Brown and Reed Holmes communicated in a forthright and honest manner at every step of the process, their professionalism and customer service made the experience very enjoyable. Roxy in the Finance department was outstanding in her ability of communicate and I value the assistance she gave, it was the best. Matt and Reed made sure the bike was ready for a ride of over 1000 miles on the first weekend after I picked it up. They couldnt have done a better job. The bike was perfect and much better than I expected. I visited a couple of other Harley Davidson dealers in the Metro area during my search and Sun Harley Davidson is the ONLY Harley Davidson dealer that I will ever buy a Harley from again. If you want to buy a HD, you want to be treated well, this will happen when you deal with honest men of integrity. Had set up a appointment several days in advance to look at a specific bike. The sales man (Gallagher) had told me that they had the bike in stock and all would have to do is talk numbers. When arriving at the dealership, Gallagher was with another customer, Which I totally understand, and politely had waited, an hour had passed and still had waited for some type of service. When we did finally speak, He had shown me the wrong bike and the bike that I had wanted wasnt even at their location, So he proceeded to take me to the parts department to look at possible available parts for the model I had been searching for. Again when I was done with picking parts, and talking with Reed. My sales person was no where to be found and nothing was accomplished. I figure if someone goes in looking for a 40,000.00 bike and ready to purchase they should get treated better than that. Especially if they had a appointment. So I have decided to take my purchase to another Dealership. To make matters worse he calls a couple of days later to inform me of a bike that is again not what I was looking for.

Its hard to write a negative review about Sun since Ive always had the best experiences with purchasing bikes from them, but my latest experience has me peeved. I set an appointment to have some warranty work done on my bike. The tailights stay on and the plunger from the master cylinder is the cause. An independent bike mechanic told me as much, so i took it to Sun. I got a call shortly after they looked at it and was told that the damage was caused when the after market grips were installed. They said they wouldnt do the work under warranty. I picked the bike up and took it to the dealer where i bought it, and that installed the grips. Their service tech looked at it for less than a minute and determined that there was no damage from the grip installation, that it was the plunger. They did the work under warranty as expected. I am very disappointed in Suns Serice department. Ive always gone to Sun because of the great people and service, and Ive bought a number of bikes there, but now..... Im not sure i wont take my business somewhere else.
