I purchased a 2004 Arctic Cat F7 from Dan at Big D Motorsports a couple of years back. The sled had a problem with bogging that we couldnt solve. I recently brought the sled in to have them look at it. Yes years later I brought it back in to get help solving this problem. Todd the head mechanic looked it over and within minutes had found 3 symptoms. A week later after ordering and installing a new drive belt and clutch parts the sled was running great. I had it out for a test run at Cottonwood Pass, CO. this past weekend and it ran great. All of the problems are solved. Dan took care of me extremely well even years later. Todd is an outstanding mechanic. This is a shop that will be growing rapidly in the future due to the caring and skill of each part of their team. I will be recommending Big D Motorsports to everyone I talk to. I will be purchasing other machines from them in the future.

This place rocks! Big D offers the kind of personal, friendly and helpful customer service that most bike shops of the past used to and the current, modern mulit-brand motorcycle superstores do not. If they dont have it, they will get it quickly and at a great price if its available. If its not available to them, they will send you to the place that does. Woodland Park has a big gold nugget in Big D!

Honest, reliable and professional. They treat you like a million bucks even if you buy one little thing. I had my atv Serviced and the tech Todd was very nice at explaining what was wrong.
