By far my best experience at any of the local Denver haunts for motorcycle enthusiasts. I have a Japanese sportbike, and these guys were MORE than helpful, even though I didnt have a European import. Its so easy in this town to find apparel, but so difficult to find decent service. I threw a chain and had to leave my bike on the side of the road. The next day I called both Fay Meyers and Erico, who wanted me to tow it to them, which was $85 alone. Fay Meyers once again seemed disinterested in my business (this has been my experience each time on the phone or in person, save once), and Erico wanted to order new sprockets and chain, without even having seen the bike (chain was undamaged, just needed new master link). By chance I googled and found Imperial, called, and spoke to Tim. First off, he was the first person I talked to who seemed interested in helping me find a solution to my problem, and seemed appreciative of me as a customer. Within 30 minutes, two of his guys showed up with a truck, and picked up my bike. I followed them to the shop, where three of them quickly worked to get it up on a lift, pull the clutch cover, and check everything to make sure the chain hadnt damaged anything as it came off. With a broken clutch cover and a bent bolt, Tim quickly sourced a new part for me, and gave me a replacement for the bent bolt. Tre was busy pressing on a new master link, cleaning and oiling the change, and checking every function on the bike from hazard lights to brake levers. They also spotted a bend in my rear-brake lever which Ill need to replace soon. This was by far the most comprehensive and fastest service Ive received in Denver, and Ive lived here my entire life. When it came time to settle up, the price was more than fair (especially considering the time they spent with me). Tims history as a rider and racer comes through in his passion for his business and his customers. Ive got a couple projects coming up, and cant wait to let his guys help me with parts and service for them.

Pros. Tim was incredible I needed new tires put on my rims on my bike he went out of his way to take care of me immediately I couldnt have asked for better service but.... Cons. After the fact... The great thing was they were open when others are closed. ..the bad thing is. ... the weights for the tire balance fell off the tire when I got it home....had to take it back. ..this time. ..they used black Gorilla tape...to hold them on. ...rims are black...that was acceptable ...but when I installed it on my bike. ..the tire was not balanced at 5 MPH...it was bouncing all over. ...so. ..taking to high speed was a no go. ....took it to interstate Honda. ..40 more dollars...air pressure was 20 psi....half of what it needed...both tires....so final review.... dont use this company. .. high speed balancers are the only way. ...not static...which they have.

Clutch pedal snapped off in the middle of the highway. Called closest bike repair shop to where I was headed to. Said they could get me in right away and would be able to fix the problem. Clutch needed a full repair so needed to wait the weekend to pickup the bike. Also needed new tires and asked for a few minor things for the bike and they were able to take care of it all. Overall was more expensive than I wanted to spend, but it was a fair price for everything I needed. Tires were same price as online too so very happy with service. Anyone with a sport bike, especially Ducati or Aprilia, highly recommend this shop.

This place has saved my bacon more then once. Ducati parts are exspensive and they always seem to have the right part at a good price just when I need it. The parts are always exactly like they were described and I have never had any issues with quality or finish. I could not tell you if their customer service is any good as they always send me exactly what I ordered, on time, and in the condition promised. So i never have had a reason to contaxt them. I have bookmarked their site so I dont waist any time getting my Multistrada back on the road!

Absolutely the worst mechanics and owner Ive had to deal with! They claimed to have experience with inverted forks but completely ruined mine to the point that they were not salvageable. Stripped out the lower threads, warped the surface where it seals, torched the chrome off and grinded metal away from the external surface of the lower. Offered to put more money to replacing the one fork they ruined if they would help with some of the cost and they refused. I was left with out a font end to my bike that was ready to ride.

I received very fast service. I was replacing the sub-frame on my k1300s due to a loose riv-nut. The replacement had 1 of its riv-nuts replaced. I dont know if the previous owner did it or not. That one worked fine. One of the nuts for the side bag mount was loose, so I expect the previous owner did not have bags on his bike. The bottom line is everything worked out fine and the new part id working fine on my bike. I would not hessitate to use these guys again.

Ive purchased a number of items from imperial sportbikes over the years. Everything is always as described, in good used condition, seller is always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, and as I ride both British and Austrian motorcycles, I end up saving a ton purchasing from imperial over purchasing new and shipping from overseas. Imperial will have my business for quite a while!

Ive been riding and racing bikes for years, and years, and years. Tim and the guys at Imperial are top notch. Whether buying or servicing, you can feel confident that theyll treat you honestly, with respect, and will get things done the way they should be. Cant comment on any of the negative reviews here, but Ive only ever experienced 5-star service. Thumbs up...

I created a google account just to add a review for these guys. They are awesome. They snuck in my bike during a really hectic week, got her in and out super fast, and even washed her for me. They have a customer for life. I will gladly drive from Aspen to Denver just so they an continue their excellent work on my monster. Thank you again!!

I am not a review writer...Ive always thought I couldnt take the time. However I have to give Imperial Sportbikes their due. They were fantastic. Buying a used motor is very scary but is was exactly as promised if not better. The shipping crate was exceptional. Thanks guys!
