I called and asked for Harley because online he is listed as the manager, and I wanted to speak with him about a custom gas tank for my chopper. The gentleman that answered told me, "He doesnt work here anymore so dont call back." And then hung up on me. Since this is apparently how they treat potential customers I will definitely be looking elsewhere for any upgrades/customizations to my chopper in the future.

Very helpful staff! They have always helped me get what I need! The place is FULL of awesome motorcycles, parts, accessories and merchandise. I go here for all my needs that I know they can help me with. Great atmosphere and great employees! If you like choppers, go here. If you ride sport bikes, it may not be your kind of place.

Awful customer service. Like other reviewer previously mentioned, if you dont own a Harley Davidson the old man wont even give you any attention. Id love to support local business but man people are rude. Buy your stuff on-line and figure out how to fix, fabricate or mount yourself. Stay away!

Definitely a Harley shop, not equiped for foreign bikes. The shop guys have great knowledge and talent. Dont expect a lot of smiles at the parts counter, but recommend for getting harley aftermarket parts in a pinch.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Large inventory of parts. Anything Im looking for, they usually have in stock for the same price as on-line orders and you pay no shipping and you dont have to wait !!!

They sell used parts as new, If you dont no what your looking at for parts, be careful or they will take you to the cleaners! Didnt expect that from Arlin himself. Not a trust worthy shop

They know more about the harley that Ive owned for 20 years than I do but they have never seen it ? The parts they try to sell me wont fit !! Not good service ! Shop at your own risk

Always treated great when I go there. They answer all my questions. Mostly always have what you need in stock . No reason to shop elsewhere when in the metro area.

I just got a great education from a great mechanic named Steve who has been working on Harleys since the early 70s. I highly recommend this place for maintenance.

I am sure these guys are great if you have a Harley. But if you dont have an American bike, dont bother; they "dont have the tools" to work on anything else.
