After visiting 3 Harley dealerships in the Denver area, Rocky Mountain has treated me with more respect and ZERO pushy sales bullshit. Avalanche Harley Davidson seem nice up front but they will price gouge you for all you are worth and then some. Sun Harley Davidson up north didnt seem all that interested to sell a bike the day I was up there so theyre out. But,, Troy and Steve at Rocky Mountain HD have been awesome to work with so far and I have decided to buy my new Forty-Eight from them. When I told Troy how much Avalanche was trying to get for a 2016 Forty-Eight he was pretty much speechless. Told me he ran the numbers and had no idea how they could possibly charge anyone that much, even me with my high interest rate. Those were exactly the words I was waiting to hear, honest ones! You can tell a big difference between a family owned and operated place like RMHD and the other guys. They dont just seem to care, they actually do! What a novel concept.. Im very much looking forward to working with them as we seal the deal this week :)

I have purchased many new bikes, accessories, and mountains of clothing from RMHD for 25+ years. Every time that I even consider going to another dealership, I am quickly reminded of why RMHD is my dealership family. Whether it is Kathy or Vinny, or Troy, Sjoran, Nick, Jay, Matt, Rondo, Rich, Craig, Sara, Kendra, or anyone else at the dealership, I am made to feel like they appreciate and value my business every time I walk into the shop. I am in the middle of breaking in my bad-ass, new, dark slate candy/arctic black 2017 CVO Street Glide (WOW, what a bike!) at the moment. This very large purchase was made even more exciting and momentous, by Troy, my sales guy Rich, as well as Matt, Rondo, Nick and Craig. I would not have made such a sizeable investment on my latest HD anywhere else. Looking forward to 20 more years. The "big box" approach of the other dealerships, contradicts the reason that we all buy our Harleys, the long-term relationships that we can count on.

Ive been to a lot of Harley dealerships over the past couple years kicking around the idea of buying a Harley. I cant stand the loud, obnoxious, pretentious nature of most of the dealers we visited, but Rocky Mountain Harley Davidson (RMHD) felt different. Everyone we met was very relaxed and friendly, transparent with the pricing, and made the purchase very easy. Anyone who buys a Harley knows theyre not coming down on the MSRP, but some dealerships wont show you the price and try to charge over MSRP. RMHD showed us the price, (which they didnt come off of) and worked with us a little on the financing and the addition of slip-ons and a custom seat. I was surprised how quiet they are off the floor and how uncomfortable the seats are. I would definitely buy my next motorcycle from them, and have already told my biker friends to buy their next one from them. Some of my friends had already purchased bikes from these guys and agreed theyre the best hands down. I agree.

Ive bought several bikes from RMHD over the years, I have no idea why I went back the second time, their overpriced and their customer service is non-existent. The service department is a joke, if it is something simple you can do yourself better double and triple check, Ive brought my motorcycle back 3x for the same issue. They even tried charging me each time. If you even attempt to suggest there visual assessment of the problem could be wrong you will be demonized and ridiculed, not what I would expect after spending thousands of dollars over the past 5 years. If you don’t want to buy a new Bike, they don’t want you there. Repairs, Parts, questions are just seem to be inconvenience for them. If you have All cash, and will do a deal that day, and never expect a to need a repair, or a part – theyre the dealership for you.

I bought a new 16 Road Glide from RMHD, and while the sale was incredibly smooth and professional, I ended up spending a lot more time at the parts and accessories counter. I wanted something very unique, and after explaining my wishes, the guys there worked tirelessly to ensure I was satisfied with the parts I wanted and that they were all comparable. Truly exceptional staff! I even got geared up properly from the retail staff. And I absolutely have to mention the service department. They were incredibly knowledgeable about how to get the best performance out of my machine, and the tech who built it up was top-notch! I could not be happier with everyone from RMHD. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Ive been there often, and never had a poor experience. Thanks RMHD!

If you are going to buy or service a Harley you must go here. Unfortunately there is very little negotiation on new Harleys, so buy from the dealership with the best service. Although I did not get off as much as I would like on the bike the service was good and it only got better. A few days after purchasing my bike my brother laid it down. Rocky Mountain Harley came to my house, no charge, and picked the bike up for service. They had me back on the road in 2 days. The service department was great and they charged me less then they should have. In hindsight I would have paid more for the bike based upon the great after sale treatment. Customer for life. Thank you to Rob, Dave Sales Manager, F&I Manager, and the entire parts and service department. Dave G

I broke down coming into Denver on a Saturday @4:30 in the afternoon. Not only were these guys there in less than an hour they actually had 2 Techs volunteer to stay late and fix bike if they had the parts. Unfortunately they did not have them but they got me a big discount in a nice nearby hotel gave me and my wife and all my gear a ride to hotel. I can not say enough how great these guys were and when Im ready for my next bike Im flying to Denver to buy it from these guys. They could not find part for my bike since its older so there Tech fabricated one. When you encounter such awesome genuine care for you when your most vulnerable you want to ell everyone this place and its crew are freaking awesome !!

Rocky Mountain Harley from Littleton, CO. was outstanding in customer service. Was there twice in one week. First time, a very young man (mechanic) helped me, and was a top notch knowledgeable employee. Second time, several parts and service men helped me by testing my coil, and when they did not have a new one in stock, he looked up who would have that part in the Denver area. It turned out that only one was available in all the Denver Harley Dealers. And after calling them for me, found out the service man, "Dave" was right. Thank you all for such a professional dealership and for keeping all your employees in such a pleasant mood that carries over to the customers.

You know, I would have been riding Harleys instead of Triumphs this whole time if I would have know how outstanding this dealership is. My sales guy was Duncan- easy guy to deal with. He meant over backwards to get all the paper work done before I arrived to buy the bike I had been looking at. He promised me that I would be in and out of there on my new bike in half an hour. Well, they did it- and they made it easy. Any one should feel welcome walking into this dealership and browsing around. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It was an absolute contrast to my purchasing experience at the Triumph dealership. I should have gone to this place 5 years ago.
