I had some trouble with a jeweler in Greensboro - all I wanted was to re-rhodium my wedding rings but he wanted to re-tip 8 prongs for twice as much money, yet they werent able to tell me which prongs were worrisome or even educate me about tipping and ring maintenance when I asked - so I came to Windsor off Stratford for a second opinion. Judy the sales associate hopped up when I walked in and didnt seem dismayed at all when I told her I had a weird question. I explained my situation and ignorance re: tipping, and she told me what re-tipping was, pulled out a magnifying glass, inspected my prongs for me. She taught me about signs to look for when your ring needs re-tipping, then she went a step further and said she wanted to quiz their on-site jeweler "just to see" if he had the same recommendations as my Greensboro jeweler. When she came back she told me he didnt see any wear and tear that would warrant re-tipping at this time so she was glad Id come in for a second opinion. I was too! Not only that, but rhodium washing here was $26 cheaper than the first jeweler Id tried in Greensboro. I will be driving from Gboro to W-S for any jewelry help I need in the future; was very grateful these guys were willing to take the time and teach me without any expectations at all. Ive talked to Kim (who is wonderful) here for quite some time after stopping in to indulge my watch habit. They carry a bunch of brands that are not your average mall jewlery store stuff, namely Panerai. Their prices are fair, and all of the staff are accomodating. I recently emailed Kim and asked her to track down a rather obscure Scott Kay wedding ring for me to match an engagement ring Id purchased elsewhere. Shed done it within 24 hours when the place I bought the engagement ring were unable to do so in 3 weeks. I cant say enough about how easy she made the experience, and how pleasant she always is. I would buy every last piece of jewlery here if they were closer to my home. Unfortunately Im in Raleigh and theyre in Winston Salem.

Had a truly great experience here picking out an engagement ring for my new fiancé. Michelle really went above and beyond to understand what I as looking for. Over the course of about a month of drop ins here and there I found the perfect ring. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring and smiles just about every time she looks down. I highly recommend Windsor Jewelers for their dedication to customer service and the quality jewelery they provide. They never tried to show me any piece that was out of my price range which really led me to believe they care about each persons wants while keeping the customers budget in mind the entire time.

Had a very pleasant experience here last Tuesday. Had a DKNY watch that needed the bracelet adjusting. Made a call and asked if that was something they could do, and was told yes. A very pleasant lady! Arrived and was dealt with by Armando Morillo. He put watch on to gauge how many links needed removing. He disappeared and within moments was back, with a perfectly fitting watch
