I purchased a ring set there, and they screwed up the billing on my account. As a result, I never got a statement, but instead started receiving phone calls from collections agents. When I asked about paying on line, they required me to tell them my account number, which I never got because the sales agent at the store entered the wrong address. I was given a number to call back... an automated answering service that required the account number. I finally went to the store when I had the chance. I was told to talk to the manager, who looked totally annoyed that I was bothering him. I tried to explain, but he instead just called the credit people on the phone and handed the phone to me. After explaining this all over to ANOTHER person on the phone, they were DETERMINED to get the 26 dollar late payment they charged us because of their screw up. When we finally agreed to pay that and the payments we had missed just to get the account up to date and off their delinquent list, they handed us our account number and told us to go to a cash register. We stood at the cash register for a good five minutes while their sales agents waited on people that spoke their language. Apparently, theres only one cash register that works. We finally had to speak up loudly to get their attention that we wanted to pay a bill. When they begrudgingly let us intterupt them, they then told us that they would not take a debit card to make the payment. The manager, in the meantime, just stood by and acted like he was just annoyed with having to be at the store in the first place. I chose Zales for this purchase because they are a national chain with a decent reputation. I still think that, but not at this store. Avoid it like the plague.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Ill save you the HORRIBLE details but lets just say that I am getting married TOMORROW and my new husband wont have a ring for the first 2 weeks of our marriage!!! I DONT HAVE A RING TO PUT ON MY HUSBANDS FINGER!! I bought his ring at this store and was ASSURED I would have it on time to find out a month later that my order for the correctly sized ring was NEVER MADE. Luis the manager is a mumbling idiot over the phone. Just apologizing saying there is nothing he can do after knowing I wont have a ring for my new husband at our WEDDING!!!!! If I could give negative starts I would!!!!!!!! DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Horrible attention is what you get there... My wife was told that the guarantee was not valod on a ring I pirchased as there was one signature missing. She provided the bill to proof that but they said thats not enough. Zales: guess what, you just lost another customer.

Every time I go to have my rings cleaned and reviewed for the diamond bond no one there understands the paperwork. Mind you its the same paperwork that they originally gave me for my rings to begin with. Very frustrating.
