These guys are thieves and con artist they will try and trick you into taking less Money for things u want to sell or pawn. They judge you off of your appearance and culture. Say if your Haitian or a kid and barely know how pawning works, they will phrase Thier words in a certain way to make it sound like your getting more when actually its less. Dont believe me? Just go to this place and observe for yourself.

Regularly (intentionally?) prices items over the retail price. $179 at Home Depot = $199 at Value Pawn. Silver currently at $13.82 an ounce = $100 an ounce at Value Pawn. Etc. When asked about the prices no one even blinks. They all know the prices are outrageous and are just preying on uninformed shoppers.

Walked in, made eye contact with an associate. Never acknowledge me, too busy haggling with a customer over a $10 difference. Lost sale then looked at me and said "whatca got" and I said huh? And he said "what do you have to sell". And I said thats how u greet customers, and I just walked out. SHM!

I been doing business with them for over 10 years an i always had good service with them Never had any problems, its times where i didnt have the whole amount of $$ and they still let me by until i came up with the rest of the money, theyre ok with me i still do business with this day.

Absolutely terrible service. They lowball me and then laughing back-and-forth with each other about the item I brought in the manager came over and was even more rude I cant believe the people that are working there this play should be shut down. Dont ever ever ever go to this pawnshop.

Bought a silver chain here that turned out to be fake. It had all the markings and looked great for a couple days, then the plating started chipping and began to tarnish to all hell. Dont buy here straight up thieves. Wish i didnt have to give them a star.
