Until now my husband and I have had a great experience with Jareds. We purchased both my engagement ring, our wedding bands, and other various gifts with this store and had nothing but great customer service. However, since weve made these purchases, the customer service has went down hill; extremely down hill. When we take our rings for the six month warranty reviews the staff act like theyre bothered by us. When working on a warranty replacement for my wedding band they gave us back a warped ring and then acted like it was our fault when we brought it back the next day. When my husband confronted the manager about these issues, the manager simply brushed these issues under the rug and acted like nothing was wrong. Im not one to write reviews, but in this instance I feel that it is important for people to know that Jareds customer service is extremely dissatisfying and is not the quality service that the name "Jared" use to represent.

I felt like a 2nd class consumer wearing my work clothes, I was not greeted when entering the store. Soon after walking around a well dressed lady wearing dress clothes was greeted and soon waited on while I stood in place. The sales person who helped me, when done with the last customer rushed me and passed me to a "lower" level employee and I was rushed again. If you want good service and want to take the time to find the perfect piece of jewelry for your partner I would go else ware.

Guys - stay away. My wife wanted my sons birth stone, an emerald for xmas. Sales rep told me what I got was an emerald. Only after my wife took it to a gemologist to add items - we were told its a natural stone, not an emerald. He then said did you get it from Kay jewelers or Jared? Who knew they sale fake jewelry? Live and learn. They lost my business. Who knows how many other guys they have screwed over..

Every time weve been there, the staff was just amazing. Always greeted promptly. Excellent customer service! Ive never been impressed with fine jewelry stores, as most live up to the stereotype. Jared is different, and I definitely consider them my favorite jewlery store!
