I have never been so disappointed in a shopping experience before in my life, especially in what I considered a high-end store. I visited Ring Master with my best friend to try on engagement ring settings and determine my tastes before my boyfriend went shopping with her. The genius behind the counter did not show us a single ring. The first question out of his mouth was about the budget that my boyfriend was planning to spend. Once I told him that we had not discussed that yet, he shot me down at every question. He told me not to bother looking at settings, to send my boyfriend in so they could discuss getting a good diamond to set as a solitaire. Every question I asked him was met with either a belittling remark about how my boyfriend should be the one coming in instead of me, or unwelcome advice about my tastes and how they will change after a few years. This man told me that my small hand size limited my options to just a solitaire. He also told me that my dream of having a ring with side stones really wasnt a personal taste, but was a mood that would change. He ridiculed me for wanting to see a beautiful setting when my boyfriend proposed because according to him, women dont know what they want and my opinion would change after a few years of marriage. Then, he says, I would see what a waste of money it was to invest in a setting. "You will get bored with your setting. But a beautiful diamond, you could stare into it forever." Again, this was without ever telling him anything about budget. For all this man knew, I could have been dating Prince William, but he treated me like a pauper without any clue about style, jewelry, or even myself. Needless to say, I have not stepped foot in this establishment since. My now fiance purchased a beautiful diamond in a fabulous setting from a long-standing, reputable jeweler in the city of Albemarle. It was everything I had hoped for, and I am beyond happy with their service. As for the "Ring Master," stay far away.

I bought my Fiancees engagement ring from RingMaster Jewelers, and couldnt be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend them. The customer service was great, the prices were fair, and my Fiancees custom-made ring turned out beautifully. I decided to go with a different and unique gemstone ring with a traditional diamond halo setting. Michael found several pink sapphires for me to view at great prices. Many other stores in the area acted like finding this type of stone would be difficult. But Michael was able to find several stones from different brokers that he knew from his years of experience in this industry. I ultimately settled on a beautiful 2.3ct oval Pink Sapphire. I wanted a specific setting and ring design that I couldnt find anywhere else, so I decided to let Ring Master custom design and create the ring as well. Michael and I met on several occasions to discuss the design of the ring, as I had some very specific requests. He was very accommodating and understood exactly what I wanted. Michael has a great eye for ring design and proportions. He was able to create a beautiful, custom, one-of-a-kind engagement ring for me. I had a very short time frame to work with, but Michael was able to deliver on his promises with a gorgeous ring. The engagement ring couldnt have turned out better and was exactly what I wanted. My Fiancee loves it and I am so glad I decided to use RingMaster for this important jewelry purchase. I look forward to continuing to do business with RingMaster Jewelers for years to come.

Michael Scott and his staff were exceptional right from the start! An initial phone call was friendly and professional. In spite of my asking many questions, I never felt rushed; Michael seemed genuinely interested in helping. It took several in-person meetings, and numerous phone messages and e-mails for my then-fiance and I to select the just-right design for my engagement and wedding bands. Michael was helpful, honest and fair; professional and friendly. We never felt pushed to exceed our budget. The center diamond belonged to my great-grandmother, and the center setting belonged to my grandmother. Michael was helpful with insight and guidance on design selection, but was very willing to incorporate our ideas. The unique, one-of-a-kind end result is beautiful; the picture does not do it justice! The detailed hand engraved scroll work and milgrain edge are gorgeous! We also purchased a rose gold wedding band for my now-husband that we both love. Truly, I couldnt be more pleased with the rings, or with the experience. Thank you Michael, and Ring Master Jewelers!

Before walking into Ring Masters Jewelers, I knew nothing about purchasing rings. Michael of Ring Masters Jewelers took it upon himself to educate me on rings instead of trying to sell me something as fast as possible. He helped me understand what I was purchasing instead of just buying a shiny & sparkling thing. After an introduction into the world of Diamonds, Michael showed me options in the price range I was looking at and did not try and oversell. Michael and his co workers were beyond professional, excellent to work with and never pushy. The two other jewelry retailers that I visited later that day did not spend half the time, enthusiasm or knowledge as Ring Masters. Ring Masters was a great first experience and I will continue to go back.

He was able to take this assortment of items and create a stunning, contemporary ring and pendant. My fiance and I went to Ringmaster for a wedding band. I was skeptical, but some friends said how great their experience was so we gave them a chance. It was well worth it. We were thrilled with the service and attention to detail. The woman who helped us was very informative and patient as we selected the best ring. Once we selected the style she worked with us to specify the thickness and width of the ring that would be best for me. Once the ring arrived, my sweetheart secretly got it engraved which was a great surprise. Also, there is an excellent customer lounge worth visiting.
