Santayana is the best jewelry experience Ive had. I recently moved to Miami from LA and was in the market for some custom weddings bands. My fiancé and I came in because we had seen their amazing reviews online. Three reasons why we loved them: 1. Theyre genuine and transparent -- I was calling around to find a jewelry store with black diamonds for my band. When I called them they said they had one but then called me back to let me know that someone had come in to buy that ring. I really appreciated that they called me back to let me know because it shows that theyre very considerate. 2. Theyre accommodating -- Rudy, the owner, helped us design the ring we had envisioned right to our specs! He even designed it on the spot for us and had us come back in to try the ring mold on. We thought this was a great experience because we werent sure how it would turn or but he was very meticulous and professional with his designs. 3. High quality -- We came back to pick up our bands (my black diamond band and my fiancés band). We were so pleased with our rings. The quality is great and the design was executed exactly how we had envisioned. We are so happy with the end results and couldnt have picked a better jeweler to come to. We even referred our friends who are also engaged and they bought their custom bands here as well. Rudy and his team are so great. I typically dont feel comfortable in jewelry stores but Rudy is extremely easy going yet professional and makes you feel comfortable. Well be back for sure!

Santayana Jewelers is one like no other! Everyone at the Gables location is beyond pleasant, extremely knowledgable, easy to work with, honest, and straight forward... literally everything you could hope for when searching for a great quality, one of a kind piece! I sat down with Rudy during one of my visits, and threw my "wedding band vision" at him. Within minutes I had a computerized 3D image. The price was just right, and we moved forward with the next step, maybe a week later Santayana called for me to stop by to check out the custom made mold of my design! Once I confirmed it was exactly what I wanted, it was only few weeks later that I had the finished product. Exactly how I had pictured it in my mind, I honestly couldnt be any happier with the finished product! Every visit to Santayana leaves me in complete awe, Rudy and his team design some absolutely beautiful one of a kind jewelry pieces that any woman, including myself, would be proud to own! For any guy looking to buy that special someone a little something extra special, or any lady looking to treat yourself to a little something :) Santayana Jewelers is definitely the place to be!

We had an amazing experience the moment we walked into Santayana Jewlers, in Coral Gables. The shop is so beautiful, filled with an array of gorgeous, custom made fine jewelry. Located in the perfect location with convenient parking. My fiancé, now husband, went in to inquire about a specific style wedding band for him, reset an heirloom Saphire ring, and a purchase a few other diamond accessories for the bride. We ultimately purchased everything at Santayana because of the top quality of the jewelry and the amazing service we received. The owners were so personable and professional. We loved how intimate and special the shopping experience was for such a special occasion. They really took the time to get to know us to ensure that they created the perfect pieces for us to wear forever. Rudy was tremendously talented in resetting my grandmothers vintage Saphire ring, as well as the custom diamond drops and custom platinum wedding band, he created for our wedding day. The folks at Santayana are wonderful to do business with them. They have a unique selection of jewelry like I have never seen before. I was greeted with so much kindness and patience even though they were technically closed. They took the time to share all the wonderful one of a kind creations they have been designing and offered several payment options which are pretty awesome. I was very happy to have walked out with my Valentines present for my boyfriend. Had they not been so kind and let me in, I would not have a Valentines present for Tuesday because I live far away and cannot make it during weekdays. I was set on this gift that I can only get there since it is a unique design of theirs that my boyfriend really wanted. Definitely will return and shop there again. We have had the most amazing experience at Santayana! We felt welcomed and the service was amongst the best weve received anywhere. We brought Rudy a wedding band design we had seen in New York and he exceeded our expectations. This family owned business has such a welcoming atmosphere that you feel right at home. They served us drinks and sat with us through the whole process. I was so impressed, that I had him design me some amazing cufflinks that are truly one a kind. He sat us down and designed our rings on his computer in front of us. Rudy made us a 3d mold for us before we went ahead with the actual making of the rings. When I heard custom jewelry I was scared it would be too expensive, the truth is we actually came in under budget.

There is no other place like Santayana Jewelers. Not only is the store beautiful but the jewelry designs are unique and of incredible quality. The staff is wholeheartedly amazing and consistently go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I’ve gotten various staple pieces for which I’m often complimented on and I’m always happy to share where I got them. Most recently I had a custom made ring that Rudy work on based on something I had seen. The final product far exceeded anything I had thought of and I couldn’t be happier. I am on lucky lady to have stumbled upon Santayana Jewelers and will be a lifelong loyal customer. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Best experience! Since I had never been here before I came in not really expecting to find what I was looking for (a rough idea of a wedding band I once saw and wanted to recreate), Rudy sat down with me and my husband and designed the wedding band that I had invisioned right then and there on his laptop. The next day he had the 3-D printed model for me to try. Once we decided on a design he called and checked in to provide updates on the process. I love the unique wedding band he designed and made for me. Beautiful jewelry, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service - cant go wrong!
