Stole my pretty diamonds....The work I had done on my ring was great, however the next day while looking through my jewelers loupe at the ring I noticed 6 of the center diamonds that were always larger, and set higher than the other diamonds on my 3ct ring, were not anymore. The diamonds are smaller, ugly, and no longer snuggled under the prongs. What I noticed today: each of the six settings were filled with solder/ white gold to cradle the smaller stones he put in. I was wondering why the center settings appeared messy when I look down at the ring with my natural eye. I do not recommend giving this guy your diamond jewelry. Always get your diamond jewelry appraised, videoed up close to point out special markings, photoed in macro mode before sending it out to get repaired. Dont hesitate to report to proper authorities this type or any illegal activity regarding the jewelry you entrusted this seller to complete on your behalf. Apparently I am not his only victim.

This a wonderful jewelry repair shop with the most delightful owner, I have always been more than satisfied dealing with Rachid. His quality and taste are impeccable and his ability to recreate styles is flawless. If you are looking to repair your jewelry for a reasonable price, look no further. I had some old Jewelry pieces that I wanted to sell and I needed someone who would take time sorting it out and who I felt I could trust. Rachid was extremely friendly and personable from the start. He took time with each piece and didnt pressure me at all. He also gave me a great rate - I was surprised how much I got for my jewelry and had a pleasant experience in the process.

After two years of bad experiences elsewhere, I finally found a great place to get battery replacements for our watches. The prices are a fraction of what I paid at Kronos and the quality is there. Rachid uses Swiss batteries so I expect to do much better than the average 6 months battery life I was getting before. He also replaced a screw that Kronos lost during the last battery replacement. I live near Southpoint and have to travel cross-town to get to Rachid but I will be happy to do so from now on. Great price, great service and superb friendliness!

Thumbs up. I had to find a palce that will replace my watch battery and fix its loosy clusb at a fair price. So I went to this shop, the guy fixed my watch in no time and with NO hassle. Prices were fair and affordable . The guy is great, patient, and easy to work with. What more could I ask for!? In few words, This is the rght place for your watches and jewellery to be fixed, you wont ever be sorry! I cant recommend it highly enough, and in fact, I do recommend it to all my friends. Try it once and you wont want to go anywhere else!

This jewelry repair shop is definitely the place to go if you want great customer service, super affordable rates, and flawless work. My mom has some jewelry pieces that she wanted to sell and Mr. Rafih, the owner, took the time to look at each one and sort them all out. He also fixed a couple of old pieces that needed new clasps and polishing and the results were amazing! We will definitely be returning to get some more work done. Mr. Rafih was very patient, helpful and a great person to work with!!

Took a Raymond Weil watch and two other watches to Rachid for battery replacements and servicing. The place is clean, Rachid was friendly and really sweet, he did everything including polishing the watches with his "Magic" cloth:-) and did it all in under 15 minutes while I waited. He serviced all three watches for a little over $50. A local upscale jeweler wanted 150.00 just for me to drop off the RW for diagnosis. Any watch, any time - this is the place to go!

My sport watch which I have had many years recently died. I took it to here to get a new battery. This was my first time to meet Rachid. He replaced the battery, set the time and settings, and had me on my way within 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price. He is a very nice and personable man and a pleasure to do business with. We took my wifes watch in for a new battery. Not only did the gentleman replace the battery, but he made sure that the stopwatch feature was calibrated and working correctly. He was careful to clean the watchs surfaces before and after working on it. He appears to know his business, and was a pleasure to talk with while we were there. Highly recommended! One of the best customer service out there. My husband and I went there to get my wedding ring resized. At some point, I thought its impossible to fix it because of the diamonds around the ring but the owner was helpful enough to make it happen for an affordable price. I highly recommend his services.
