I love their "lifetime battery replacement" program (one price, endless batteries), but an old analog+digital watch stopped working properly after the watch technician at my nearest store changed batteries. Subsequent returns to request repair yielded "bad components, we can replace the movement for you." I asked that it be sealed up again and Id use it as is ... and it was returned with only the digital display working! Push came to shove, I finally got the store manager to approve a movement replacement for free, and ... the movement failed within 9 months. Bottom line: watch the technician as s/he changes batteries. Dont just leave it. Other than that particular incident, Ive found their associates are cordial and very helpful, and I couldnt give them enough praise.

The good old bait and switch retailer. Manager told me they would give a discount over the phone when inquiring about a watch. Once I get there the next day all of the sudden she has to get DM approval which of course she cant. Oh, sorry about that, would you still like to purchase the watch ? Um, hell no. They had to transfer the merchandise which was late as well wasting more of my time. DM will not return phone call and corporate is not much better. Dont waste your time with this deceptive liar who calls her self a manager. Too many places to shop to have to deal with a Bernie Madoff student.

I called the store today and asked about a particular ring. I was told there was one in stock and it would be on hold for me for one hour only. I arrived at the store with my family and stood in front of the Pandora case for 4 minutes without being greeted. There was one other couple in the store being helped by one employee and two other employees standing at a register. I noticed one of the Pandora cases opened. An employee walked over, locked the case and walked away!!! I purchased all my Pandora from Reeds until today.

This is my wifes favorite jewelry store. She loves them more than any of the other major retailers. Always the first place she wants to go look. The staff is very friendly and once I had a small issue, but the assistant manager Sharon was able to resolve it for me. They have some rose gold pieces at this location which my wife loves and not every retailer carries rose gold. I would definitely stop in if you are looking to buy some jewelry, Ive even bought a mens watch from here.

Trying to pick up a ring and was told they couldnt open because one employee was still at the bank. Then shen arrived back and they both proceeded to clean rather than open up and provide customer service. In the days after Christmas not opening until almost 10:45 seems counterintuitive.
