If I could do 0 starts I would. If anyone is buying ANY type of jewelry, DONT go to Zales in Morrisville, not only was the man, Lloyd rude, and horrible customer service, he talked down about my ring, was bitter, didnt check prongs, the diamonds, the set up. After that experience he proceeded to tell me that it would be a 64 week turn around but probably about 4 weeks for a diamond so small. I finally got a call to pick up my ring, and its been over a month. I look at my ring over and over to see that the prongs they put in are too big, and the placement are wrong. OH AND IT LOOKS LOPSIDED. If youre going to spend a good amount of money on a piece of jewelry, please dont go there unless you want a 69 year old bitter man talking down about your jewelry and BS out his mouth. HIGHLY disappointed in this company, Im not due for an inspection until Sept, yet why is a diamond coming out??? Now I have to send it out AGAIN to redo the prongs, & sizing.
