I just wanted to drop a note saying how well we were treated yesterday at Khanna & sons Jewelers. We went in yesterday to find earrings for my grandma. They treated my family with respect and instead of loosing his patience, took his time to show my grandma all the diff varieties till she found the one she liked. She really appreciated that. Me and my family has been a Khanna & sons customer since they open. I have never found another jewelry store on par with khanna &sons, though I have visited most of the jewelry stores in this area. Their service and craftsmanship is second to none. Its family own jewelry store. Both the brothers as well as their parents are friendly, Respectable, knowledgeable and has the ability to listen to my needs and provide an amazing experience for me and my family. What they provides, most others try to emulate but can’t quite achieve; there is only one Khanna & Sons Jewelers! If you havent gone to see them, I highly recommend you do that.

Excellent place to buy Gold and Diamond jewelry. I bought few pieces of my gold collection at Khanna & Sons Jewelers. Great rates for gold and SUPERB customer service. I am in love with this place. They have so much variety so there is no way you will leave empty-handed. Gold sets, bangles, etc. You name it, they got it! If youre like me who takes their time to shop, then come here because my salesperson (Shank) was very patient and quite helpful with showing me all the designs they had. I highly recommend this jewelry store to everyone. You will certainly not be disappointed and I guarantee that!

Excellent place, awesome customer service with great selections on both gold and diamond jewelry! My wife and I were pleased by the designs they carry…very elegant. Moreover, Shashank who worked with us is very good in explaining patiently every question we had. He was not pushy at all. Overall, it ended up being one of our most pleasant and delightful shopping experiences. We sure will end up stopping by the store whenever we visit Cary. We highly recommend this store to everyone who has plans to shop for gold or diamond jewelry.

Were new to this area having moved two years ago from the East Coast. We were looking for a pakistani/indian gold jewellery store and luckily found this one about an hours drive from us. We were treated so nicely here. My parents wanted to buy my sisters wedding jewellery and the man that helped us was so patient. He had competitive prices and was just so so nice and professional. Will definitely be returning here in the future for all our jewellery needs.

Stopped by the store, last week, to look at some pieces of jewelry. I was a little skeptic going in after reading the reviews. I had a very good experience at the store - well lit, neat & clean and exceptional customer service. Shank helped me make up my mind - he showed us tons of options and was very professional yet amiable in his demeanor. I will recommend this place!

One of worst customer service, asked for the budget & never even cared to say please keep looking around, just went away treating customer without dignity & respect . Not even have a smile to treat customers. Seems like the treatment is based on budget. Would never ever go or recommend to anyone. Prosperity comes with humbled service, let the wisdom prevail.

Tried to steal my money, sold a $230 ring to me that broke 15 minutes after I bought it and when I tried to get my money back, he offered me $169 back. Only after arguing back and forth did I get my full money back. Bad customer service and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this place for anyone at all!!

Worst customer service They were soo arrogant dont even know how to talk to customers. Many negative comments on them still they dont change there behaviour. I suggest this is the wrong place to buy jwellery they have there own pricing. They wont even care to explain to the customers.

Ive had the chance to visit Khanna & Sons a couple of times now and each time I was greeted warmly. I went for smaller jewelry and wasnt expecting much detail but the staff was very helpful and I walked away with great quality jewelry. Highly recommended this jewelry store.

Worst store..... these guys dont even know how to talk to customer. They seem to have variety of designs , but they dont show so what is the use of having variety. I will rather drive 1000 miles to purchase something instead of going to this store. Sick !!!

BAD customer service....there were two guys who didnt seem to care if we really wanted to buy or not. Not sure if they are actually the oweners or just staffs but if they are not the owners, they seriously need to be fired. Hope the owner is reading this.
