Our dog Aristotle came in 4 shampoo and a haircut, they cut the hair too short Nick them a couple of times and try to cover it up. They forced him to sit down now hes all dramatize. So I give that PetSmart below poor performance in The Grooming Department. The store manager was sympathetic that was good. Will never take the Aristotle back over there again.

I came here mostly for the groomer. The groomers are all great. My dog was always comfortable with them. The store is as good as other PetSmarts. Its large but ultimately its mush less expensive to buy anything online. Youre paying for the convenience of buying it right in the store

I only go in here when I have to. My very best experiences in this store have been only slightly less shitty than my usual ones. The staff is either deliberately rude or just stupid, and the shelves always look like nobody has organized them all day so its impossible to find anything.

Dog selection is vast but cat selection of products leaves much to be desired. Staff not so helpful when it comes to cats but still friendly. Prices are decent but catch sales when possible. They do support animals with their fundraiser - big plus.

This Petsmart actually has a pet hotel for your best friend to stay overnight. Clean store, its a little smaller than the other ones I been to but still awe customer service.

Cute animals, but everything is marked up, compared to local stores. Also they treat their animals quite badly, I remember seeing about 10 guinea pigs locked up in a tiny cage.

Always friendly and helpful staff here. Located at the end of the San Jose Market Center shopping complex so makes it and easy in-and-out when its time to pick up dog food.

A good chain pet emporium. You know what PetSmart carries and it is largely the same as the others. This location has good service, a vet and a dog daycare.

Have not had problems here. Did use a dog training class a few years ago. It seemed helpful, but I mostly come in here to visit the kitties for adoption.

Love the new big shopping cart. When you need 3 or 4 - 40 pound boxes of cat litter 2 bags - 22 pounds of cat food. Those small shopping cart are a pain

Pet Hotel, Training, Groomer, and Vet all in one place. Super friendly staff and very experienced training crew. Debby is the best trainer!
