Not a good experience. Brought in two different devices within a 30 day period iPhone 5s and Mac Mini. Battery replaced on iphone. they said good to go, took it home wouldnt charge. Took it back... for them to tell me it has a bad logic board. Mac mini they said needed hard drive, memory and power supply. I approved repair went in to pick it up and it wouldnt even start. Took sometime to check it out....Never called I had to call them. For them to say oh sorry it has a bad logic board. Spoke to the manager Yousef he told me round and round it is bad and just a coincidence they both had same problem...I have a hard time believing that. He offered no resolution. Told me they were losing out since they had invested 3-4 hours and bought parts for nothing... Really dont understand...I would be very cautious bringing a device to this guys. If its not something simple...you might end up with a device with a bad logic board.

Excellent Customer Service! I called them a few days prior to Christmas and requested expedited service and they followed up via email throughout the day to confirm that the shipment did go out and I received my package earlier than the promised date. For over 20 years, they have recovered data from hard drives, installed memory for macs, fixed broken iPads and iPhones, replaced screens and batteries . . . they do everything Apple and they do it well for our law firm. A great family business. They also have great deals on new "End of Life" products. Simply the best!
