Too bad I cant express ZERO STARS! WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY! They are extremely helpful, and baiting you with their smiles. They will say anything to get you to take some merchandise out of the store. If you do, they have a contract term stating that once you sign on the dotted line that you waive your right to a reasonable rescission period. That term is buried in their electronic contract, and you cant see it until you get home. Ill have to seek legal remedies because they have a partner in the con, Time Payments. I intend to ask the court for punitive, and exemplary damages against these two scammers. Anyway, I left their substandard merchandise in the store, took pictures, and wrote a letter of rescission. Two months later, Im still getting calls from Time Payments finance company stating the owner failed to rescind the contract, and refuses to return the funds. And, they still have their pre-owned damages inventory. I never expected or asked for a rent to own contract/lease where I would never be the owner of the equipment (another unconscionable term). Time Payment was more than happy to back up Leo stating...well, the waiver is in the electronic contract. Over the life of the contract, I would have paid $8500 for merchandise worth less than $2000. Sadly, well be litigating the issue, and refuse to lose a reasonable objection or argument. Yes, litigation is in our future. Ill keep you posted. BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE of the conman operation. They truly have lost their MOJO, maybe in TIME theyll learn to treat their customer the way they want to be treated.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE,PEOPLE WILL SELL YOU STUFF AND WONT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY!! DISAPOINTED... i came in last week to buy one of those clear service routers,I paid 65 for the modem and 50 for the service. I took it home and just did not act right, internet was like 0.8 mbps, very slow and cut off and on.I called clear to try and troubleshoot and they couldnt fix it either.Clear tells me to return the product to clear retailer i bought it from and they would refund me the modem money and clear would refund me the service($50) via mail. I called mike to explain the situation,he said just bring it in...when i get there,he tells me i only get store credit,or restock fee which is like 50% he wanted to give me 30 bucks.... Wow i thought, this guy is totally ripping me off, the modem cost 50 on clear service site, he charged me $65. after talking for about 10 min about how he was going to loose money on it because he buys them then sells on his own, he tells me 50 bucks cash is all he can do.I was pretty in awe and i just gave in and lost $15 dollars,Shows how they wont take care of a customer just so they wont loose out on money if they are even loosing any..

Well first of all...they make it seem like youre getting such a great deal. When in reality they are selling you used older model macbooks for more than they are worth. Not only that, if you are financing they make you go through a company called Crest Financial which they make auto debit mandatory. I payed my bill off within the allotted time and not only did they take out more money out of my account which in turn caused me to overdraft, they also made me send them my bank statement to prove that the amount was taken out and I had to wait a few days for the money to be returned back to my account and could not deposit my work check. The last payment I made was online and they said because I did not "call" them to tell them I made the payment the autodebited more than the amount that was owed....WHY WOULD I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO TELL THEM I MADE THE PAYMENT ONLINE??? I am pretty furious at this point. Plus I got a 2013 Model Macbook for the price that I could have gotten a brand new 2015 model. Never will I go here or recommend this place. Im tired of all the smiley glad hand salesman. Go find a soul.....

Id say a fair place to do business, if you want the short version! Talk to Michael, he knows his stuff and seems to be very fair in his practices. I was paying cash so I can not speak for their guaranteed financing. Scratch the long review... I started to write out the whole story and realized how boring it was getting. This was a business purchase in a crisis, I had no choice, limited options. When I went in the first time around there was a misunderstanding on what exactly I wanted but we quickly got it sorted out and I left with a machine. As it turned out I ended up having to return the machine for a refund because of a hardware failure but again, Michael took care of it with no grief or drama, albeit some disappointment that he couldnt accommodate my needs. If I was in a bind like this weekend again and nowhere else to go I would not hesitate to go back to Mojo if they had something that would do what I needed.

When we first walked into Mojo Computers, we were shopping for a laptop within our budget but couldnt afford the expensive stores. We saw the affordable prices posted on craigslist, we decided to stop by and see for ourselves. The prices were very affordable and we had a great selection to choose from. We came in despairing our inability to find a computer in our range, we left very happy. The people were nice, helpful and honest. we didnt just buy a computer, we formed a relationship. We were so happy with our purchase we came back the following day to add a hub internet accessor and two days later to upgrade our home computer. They are very knowledgeable about programs and were able to help us make sure we walked out with all the software we needed. And all 3 of our computers can now access the internet at speeds we never saw with our bundling packages. Thank you Mojo Computers! We will be your customers in the future!

They destroyed my motherboard after replacing a capacitor without my permission by burning a hole through a resistor and the board itself and destroying my operating system during a FREE diagnosis and then attempted to charge me fifty six dollars for a repair I didnt ask for. I brought the machine in to get a power supply! They also said they wouldnt touch the content of my hard drive and they ruined my OS. Why did they have to punish me? The very first things I said was I didnt have any money and not to remove any of the files. They could have had all my files, could have downloaded my art or programs, I dont care. Why did they have to ruin it?? It was after I refused to pay that they were condescending and obnoxious, PLEASE DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE OR USE THEIR SERVICES, they are rip-off artists and you will just lose your money.

Because of my previous positive experience bringing my nephews laptop, I decided to bring in my own laptop (Dell Inspiron 15R). They were able to identify viruses and issues neither Norton Utilities (provided by COMCAST) or McAfee (provided by COX) could do. They also reloaded Windows 7. Now it just sings! There were issues with missing files, but when I called they offered to help me compare their backup on their server with the files on my laptop to recover those files. Who does that?!? Be aware that you need to make sure you have all the passwords and activation keys ready in case you need to reinstall software. Im frantically searching for my MS Office activation key now, but I forgot about that before I gave them my laptop. Again, great customer service.
