Avoid. They will not honor their warranty. No ethics and integrity. I went to them to replace my laptop’s power jack. They did that job correctly. One month later, the power jack move inside the laptop so I could not charge my laptop anymore. The receipt clearly says 1 year warranty so I went to the store at 10am. I showed them the laptop and Rosemary said that they will look at it .At 4pm, I get a call saying that they have done the repair and it usually costs $70 but they will charge me $40. I went to the store and told Rosemary that the receipt clearly says 1 year warranty on workmanship and product. She resisted a little but she knew what she was doing was incorrect, unethical and probably illegal. So she said she would waive the cost this time but she will charge me next time. I would have recommended this company to other people before this encounter but they just lost my business, my friends business and the business of everyone reading this. It’s a shame that they didnt honor the warranty which is clearly written on their receipt; instead they tried to pull some ridiculous stunt for an extra $40.

Hi have gone to PC Avenue many times. They owner is very friendly and helpful. Her repairman is smart. The shop is clean and organized. The last time I went, it turned out that my computer did not actually have a problem. So, there was no charge. In addition, she gave me a free power cord. PC avenue has solved very serious problems for our company. We needed an old computer repaired quickly or our printing company would come to a stop. We had a failing hard drive that need to be copied before it could be replaced. They did this work in a half a day and it saved us from a much more expensive solution. Another time, we had a networking problem that needed to be fixed. She had me diagram our network and was able to solve the problem. Her price is always reasonable.

I recently moved to Placentia and my computer died. PC Avenue discovered it was the motherboard. They said there was a chance that a place they used could fix it. I took the chance and they fixed it. Thankfully I didnt have to buy a new computer. It took a while, but they saved me a ton of money. Good people! I highly recommend you give them a try

PC Avenue is a local family owned business in Anaheim. Rosemary is the nicest person. I dropped off two PCs. She called us letting us know what to expect. We got our PCS back in 1 day. My computers are working great. There prices are in line with industry standard. Cant go wrong with there service.
