First let me say... I am very picky with a very critical eye. I called Beards before hours. Im just one of those types that like to get things done promptly. lol Of course they didnt answer. I did NOT leave a message and decided I would call back just as soon as they opened. However, fifteen minutes before their actual store hours I received a phone call from them asking if they could be of service to me. AWESOME! I didnt even have to call back. They returned my called without a message. Anyways.... I explained I would like to send flowers to a funeral. We exchanged information, ideas, etc. A very pleasant experience. Completely professional. Upon arriving at the funeral, there was my design! Created especially for me, exactly as I had requested. PERFECTION! This shop listened to what I said, heard what I wanted and produced what I love.... creative, unique, beautiful designs that stand out in a crowd. From now on, Beards is the only floral shop for me.

These guys take floral arrangements to another level! Simply amazing! I wanted to get an arrangement with sunflowers. They were able to get the flowers on the shipment that day and have them fresh for my delivery! I have been getting floral arrangement for some time now and there is no one in Wichita that can compare with Beards. They implement every element and principle of design into their arrangements. Not just another bouquet of flowers in a vase. One thing I was very pleased with was the follow up. Once the flowers were delivered I received a txt of a professional photo of my exact arrangement and a thank you for the business. You never get that kind of customer service these days. I will always be calling on Beards Floral for my arrangement needs!

I ordered flowers from Beards for my mother for Valentines Day and I was lucky enough to receive them from my husband as well! I have only recently started using Beards for my floral needs and I keep asking myself with each order why I havent sooner. The customer service is wonderful; only something you could receive by a locally owned establishment. You can tell that dedication, hard work, and love are what this business is all about. I was so impressed that my husband, that knows nothing about flowers, was able to order something so beautiful for me. Both our arrangements were amazing and I know, at least I am, still enjoying mine a week+ later. All in all we are so happy to have found Beards and hope to become more frequent patrons. We love it!

If I could give a negative rating I would. My fiance ordered flowers for me from this store. He paid extra to have them delivered on yesterday (Valentines Day). They never arrived. He called and the store promised to deliver them first thing the next morning. They were never delivered. All calls to the shop went directly to voicemail so I went down to the shop in person. The door was locked and I had to bang on the door to be let in. The man agreed to refund my fiance but never offered an apology. Completely incompetent business. Dont go there!

Beards Floral made my Valentines Day so very special! My arrangement is BEAUTIFUL...the Wichita area is lucky to have such a hardworking small business so dedicated to their craft. I have done business with Beards for years...and they continue to go above and beyond my expectations each and every time. I would highly recommend them, not only for their unique creativity and artistry (unlike anything else Ive ever seen in our community)...but also for their professionalism and customer service.

Getting an arrangement for my girlfriends birthday from Beards was about the easiest thing Ive ever done! They showed up on time at her work, look absolutely beautiful, were very reasonably priced, and most importantly she absolutely loved them! It was a very unique and impressive arrangement. My experience in the store was just perfect as well. I dont know dick about flowers and they made it incredibly easy and were super friendly. I would recommend Beards for all of your floral needs!

I called in a last minute delivery order late in the afternoon as a gift for my wife for our anniversary and the flowers were delivered same day by 6:30pm. My wife and I were both impressed with how beautiful and unique the arrangement was, I didnt know flowers could look so awesome! Id recommend Beards over any other option.. I havent seen anyone else make anything close to comparable to the amazing arrangements from this flower shop. Beards floral design FTW!

Received an arrangement for an early Valentines Day gift. The arrangement was poorly created. Looks like a handful of flowers were taken from shipment and thrown into a vase without any effort or attention. Very disappointed and embarrassed to have them on my desk at work. Hope the hubby didnt pay too much for them. :(

They hand wrote the personal note, that was nice. Everything else was wrong. Wrong flowers, wrong vase and they jammed a bunch of different stuff into the vase, my dog could have arranged them better. I even had one lonely orchard stuck into the side of the vase randomly.

Somewhat expensive, but more unique flowers and arrangements here. Owner was extremely helpful and offered to make us a custom arrangement on the spot. As someone who doesnt like the"usual" floral shops, I will go back here every time.

Filled out the online form and paid for a $60 arrangement last month. The form was confusing, but my card was charged nearly $70, and I just found out weeks later that the flowers were never even delivered.
