As a former employee, I could NOT work for Robin. I have NEVER in my life, quit a job and told my boss to f*** off. In one week, separate occasions, she fired two of us and hired us back the same day! She is CRAZY. All she cares about is your money. Not to mention she way over charges yall. She marks everything up x10. And even then, she doesnt pay her employees on time! All she did was tell us how we are trying to sabotage her business. We only tried helping her. She is extremely nice to all of her customers and they all love her! But as soon as they walk out the door she complains and says how much she hates them. If all you want is beautiful flowers, she is definitely the best at what she does. However, youd be better off spending WAY less money at another shop where they genuinely CARE ABOUT YOU. Her arrangements earn 5 stars but Im rating this business with 1 star because I dont believe in cutting off the hand that feeds you. To all of her customers please know you deserve way better!

Spent $135 to have flowers and candy delivered to someone special on Valentines Day. When 4:00 rolled around and I didnt hear anything from her, I had to spoil the surprise and tell her about the flowers. She called them (I couldnt get through because every call went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full) and managed to get through to some kid who said, "Theyre on the way." 5:00 rolls around and still no flowers. Shes going home without any flowers or candy. Day ruined. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Each time Ive received an arrangement from Black Tie Roses theyve been so stunning and refreshingly unique. Definitely made my day! They put a lot of effort into the construction of their arrangements and it shows; I recommend coming here for the quality before going to a grocery store for quantity.

This place is 2nd to none! We get flowers from Robin about twice a month (sometimes more) and they ALWAYS last much longer than any others! She offers a wide variety of unique flowers that other florist dont carry and she is always very helpful. We Love Black Tie and Robin!
